The warmth from the fire filled the air. Arthur throws wood into the fire before sitting down and recalling Tiana's last words.
"No wonder Mary made the decision she did." What could she have meant by that.
As he was lost in thought, Ana began to wake up.
"Oh hello Arthur."
You could tell Ana was still tired.
"How are you doing."
"I'm feeling better."
"Good."
A momentarily silence held the air around them. Serious tension was building.
"Ana…never do that again"
"So you noticed."
"You used my love for you to fuel my anger. To the point where I was able to break Tiana's chain. Letting Sena hit you, provoking her to hit you more and more."
"I'm sorry, but I didn't see any other wa-"
"LIKE HELL THERE WASN'T!!" Arthur shouted with anger as he grabbed Ana by her shoulders
"NEVER AGAIN!"
Arthur began to sob uncontrollably.
*Sobbing* "I would be lost if you died. I wouldn't know what to do without you."
Ana wrapped her arms around him.
"It's ok. I'm not gonna die. I won't leave you behind. I promise."
Arthur's sobbing intensified. He drifted off to sleep while being held in the arms of Ana.
The next morning
"Time to hit the road!"
"Well you seem in a better mood. Especially considering how you fell asleep in my arms last night." Ana said with a smug look on her face.
"I don't recall"
"Suuuuuree." *Mocking* "Ana don't leave me please. I would be lost without you."
"DON'T MOCK ME. It was a very vulnerable moment of my life." Said in an embarrassed manner
"I'm just messing with you. I'm glad you feel comfortable enough around me to where you'd show that side of yourself."
"Yea yea let's go. We've had too many set backs. We could've been in Tetrine by now."

A few hours into Ana and Arthur's journey…it happened, again.
"AAAAAAHHHH!!!"
"Nope keep moving we're not stopping."
"But what if they really need help."
"Ana, we've almost died 3 times during this journey and one of them went EXACTLY like this."
"PLEASE ANYBODY!!!"

"I don't know, it really seems like they need help."
"SOMEONE ANYONE!!!"
Arthur thought about it hard.
"Uuuggghh fine."
"Hurray!!"
"But first..."
Ana looked at Arthur in confusion, wondering what he was about to do.
Meanwhile
A man in an all black robe stood outside the hideout in which Arthur and Ana were being held. He was on the phone with someone. Most likely Mary.
"I haven't heard anything back from Sena or Tiana, be careful in there."
"Will do, I'll call back once I have a grasp of the situation."
Mary hung up the phone. The man walks into the hideout.
The hell happened here, there's blood everywhere but no bodies.
The man then noticed the sword in the wall. With the note at the end of it.
The hell kind of sword is this. The whole thing smells like blood.
He then licks the sword.
Taste like blood too.
He pulls the note off the end of the sword and reads it.
"Interesting. I see why she's so obsessed with getting rid of this guy. Maybe this job won't be all that boring after all.
Meanwhile
"AAAAHHHH!!!"
The woman being attacked by the group of goblins was beginning to lose hope.
Am I really gonna die here.
Tears began to form.
*Slice!*
In a flash all the goblins had been cut down. The woman looked up with teary eyes to see 2 masked people.
"Are you ok mam?" the masked man asked as he stuck his hand out to help her up.
The woman wiped her tears and nodded as she grabbed his hand.
"Who are you two?"
Eek! I didn't think about this.
"We are the uh…"
Shit what do I say?
Arthur thought about it.
"We are the masked unidentifiable heroes!"
The other masked person snickered.
"The masked unidentifiable heroes?"
"Y-Yep!"
"Well, thank you so much for your help masked unidentifiable heroes!"
"No problem! Make sure you stay out of trouble mam!"
The two heroes ran off.
*Laughing* "The masked unidentifiable heroes! AHAHAHAHA!"
"Stop I couldn't think of anything else in the moment!"
Ana wiped away her tears.
"But doesn't it feel good. To help another person."
"Yea I guess. But we really need to go. We've only made 2 days worth of progress."
"How many more days until we reach Tetrine again?"
"8…"
"8?! So much happened in 2 days, we'll never make it."
"Well maybe if we stopped helping everyone we come across!"
"To be fair, you're the one that makes the final decision…"
"DON'T THROW THIS ON ME!"
"Fine…I guess it is both of our faults."

Meanwhile
The man left the hideout and called Mary back.
"So what's the situation."
"Well there's blood everywhere but no bodies."
"There's no bodies?"
"No. But seeing from the scene and the fact that you haven't heard from your companions, the most likely answer is that they're dead."
"I see…"
"There was another thing, a note."
"A note?"
"2 down, 19 to go. That's what the note read."
*Beep*
Huh? She hung up. This Arthur guy seems to really know how to get under her skin. How exciting.
Mary threw the phone at the wall in anger.
"DAMMIT!!"
"Is everything alright my lady?"
