"I expected that, anyway how big is this thing exactly?" James asked
He knew the ship was huge, it was a warlord-class ship after all which meant that it was in much simpler terms, a mother ship. It was used to house other ships like the Scout ship that would eventually become the Fortress of Solitude.
[Its size is irrelevant due to the material it is made from but at the moment it covers an area of about 170 thousand square kilometers]
"What?!" James asked surprised.
James marveled at the ridiculous size of the war ship. If his memory served him right which it did. That was about half of the entire state of Texas, that was too big.
He wasnt even complaining about the size but he wondered exactly how Lex Luthor had gotten it out of the ground. How did the governemnt even allow it to happen,
A lot of people should have died or did he somehow evacuate the place.
[Sir extracting the Ship may be possible but it would require a lot of external help from both you and some other equipment] Kelex suddenly said
"And where is this new data coming from?" James asked as he withdrew from his thoughts
[The ship has proper and more advanced computers on board]
"Huh?... somehow i didnt think of that… which equipment would you need?"
[Those arent the problem sir, the problem is that you would have to support the weight so the support equipment can be placed]

[I would take that as a no]
"Of course its a no, what do you think i am, the Juggernaut or the Hulk?" James shouted as he sat on the throne.
As soon as he did so, he instantly felt some sort of weird connnection to the ship. His senses were immediately expanded to cover every part of the ship.
Knowledge flew into his brain at unseen speeds, giving him vague details of what was in the ship. Where they were and what the ship was capable of.
It was truly a war-lord claas ship alright, this thing help the power to destroy a sun with ease, The Kryptonians didnt develop it to destroy planets, they felt that was too immature so they created this absolute unit to destroy the enitre solar system at once.
Thinking of this thing's capabilities, it sort of makes sense that a Green lantern is send to watch over them. The Kryptonians of old were like children with a gun, they needed supervision if not there will be chaos everywhere.
"It really is big" James commented after a while.
"Okay Kelex, i want a full list of everything i can do with this ship" James ordered
"Yes sir"
The ship already granted him a lot of information concerning this ship however, he also understood that it was an old ship. The ship was lost thousands of years ago. Kryptonian technology continued to evolve even after it was lost.
There would be many things that the ship would be capable of doing that the Kryptonians of old didnt think about that were developed later on. He wanted Kelex to tell him those things.
About a second later, there was a long list of things that the ship should be capable of however, they werent on the list of things the Ship showed him it was capable of.
"That's a lot, redesign it for a base, if we cant take it out then we might as well make it worthy of staying in"
[As you wish, Sir] Kelex replied before he saw a new blueprint appear before him.
It was the redesign he had asked for, the space outside the ship was too much and needed to be occupied and the ship itself was already too big.
On a basic the ship due to its make up or the material used could transform into anything, that was the main reason why the ship was called the most powerful ship in Krypton's arsenal.
It was very adaptive but at the moment, he didnt need a weapon of mass destruction, he needed a secure laboratory and that was what the redesign would do.
"Go ahead" James commanded
[Affirmative sir] Kelex replied
Just seconds after, James heard loud rumbling from around as the ship shook violently but soon everything returned back to normal. The throne was still a throne, the large open space before him was still the same.
However, in the space before him, he could see several new equipment that he recognized… he had made similar equipment in the past in the makeshift lab under the barn so he was familiar with them.

"Wouldnt that create an earthquake, that was very violent you know?"
[Normally sir, Yes, however we have long since perfected geokinetic technology, It is how we have being able to mine the planet of its Sunstone without destroying immediately]
"Oh…" James replied as he shrugged it off.
Now that he thought about it, the main thing that led to Krypton's destruction was their advanced mining… of course the destroyer was a major reason but the planet being overexploited just made it easier for the machine to do its job.
So Kelex's claim of mastering Geokinetic Technology may very well be true. With the redesign done, James scanned the ship again.
The goal was to gain a basic understanding of how it was so that he could easily find his way around.
The ship now covered an area almost as big if not bigger than most American States.
"So apart from this room, I have no use going into the other parts of the base?" James asked
