Chapter 59 - Reveal of competition

The God Realm shimmered with tension as dawn broke. Dransart, wings fading in and out, prepared himself for the challenge ahead. Kannan's words echoed in his mind: Tomorrow is the competition for the position of Devil God. No one knows the rounds. It is SSS-rank difficulty.

Dransart had smiled with confidence. "Don't worry. I can win. I may be the future Devil God, but I remain Dransart."

Kannan had warned him, "Be careful. If you die, I must live under another identity. Don't forget this."

The Mortal World

Meanwhile, his wives enjoyed a rare moment of peace. They played chess, UNO, cards, pillow fights, and shared girl talk. The Hell Princess sighed, "I love this place. Pure air, no depressing aura. But I worry about Dransart."

The Dragon Majesty reassured her. "You're new, so you don't know about the profile panel. It shows if someone is dead or alive. Relax. Even our waists deserve rest."

The wives blushed, laughed, and eventually drifted into sleep.

God Realm Morning

Dransart asked Kannan, "I thought this realm had no night. Why was it dark?"

Kannan explained, "Even gods suffer frustration. Sleep clears it away."

Dransart mused, If I irritate them, it will fade in a day. I'll act innocent in the competition. He used his Infinite Storage Ring to place a mask on Kannan's face. "Don't remove it. I control it."

Together, they walked toward the venue.

The Hallway of Gods

The air was thick with arrogance. High holy potential gods strutted like nobles, flaunting their power. Kannan whispered, "There are five main families among them:

- Vivan Family – masters of weapon forging.

- Novan Family – creators of medicines that regenerate even godly limbs.

- Thivan Family – martial arts specialists.

- Cilvan Family – sellers of skill arts, hoarding unknown techniques.

- Petvan Family – wing artists, the strongest of all."

Dransart thought, Weapons, medicine, skills, wings—I can manage. But martial arts… I must rely on techniques I learned in childhood, before elementary school.

Olivia added gravely, "The Petvan family is ours. They abandoned us. My brothers tried to kill Kannan. They will join this battle. Do not dare to challenge them."

Kannan's voice was heavy. "If you fall, I will lose my friend. Run if you must."

Dransart only smiled. "I will not run. I will win—for the Zevan family."

Thus, Dransart steps into the Devil God Competition.

The five families await, each wielding their legacy. Kannan and Olivia watch with fear and hope. The abandoned siblings may yet rise, if Dransart can conquer the trials of gods and claim the title of Devil God.
