Night Shadow untied Div, threw a hotel robe at him, and told him to put it on, then she handed him the Memory Card.
Just then, the doorbell rang; it was Daisy. She looked apprehensive. If it weren't for the photos, she wouldn't dare come here again, fearing Div would do to her what he did last time.
Eden leaned against the floor-to-ceiling window, having not said a word all the while. She already knew their entire plan from Night Shadow's mouth, and she could stop it, but she didn't want to.
Daisy had done too much; she wasn't the Daisy she once knew.
Night Shadow pushed Div to the door, holding a stun baton against his waist, indicating he shouldn't try any tricks.
Div opened the door to see Daisy standing outside, her face full of fear, even instinctively taking two steps back as though afraid he'd drag her into the room. "Are you satisfied now? Can you give me what I came for?"
