Bo Yi acknowledged with a sound, looked one last time at the sleeping Gu Yi'an, and then turned to leave.
Just as he was about to walk out, Dan Musheng's voice echoed once more, "As long as I'm here, I won't let anyone touch her."
Bo Yi paused for a moment, stood straighter but ultimately did not turn back or say anything more, and after a brief pause, strode away.
