Ling'er led Luo Chen and Qing Shuang to the accounts room of the Imperial Kitchen, where the records of its income and expenses were maintained.
"The account books are kept here." Ling'er pointed to a bookshelf, "Let's split up and look for them."
The three began meticulously flipping through the account books in the room. The account books documented the daily income and expenses of the Imperial Kitchen, including the purchase of ingredients and staff salaries.
