The name Shen Qing mentioned on the list actually included Xu Ke, which stirred Mo Shangjun's interest further.
"Did Xu Ke come into your house?" Mo Shangjun asked.
"Yeah, she came in. She asked me to change a bowl for her, so I let her in for a bit." After speaking, Shen Qing asked, "What's going on?"
"Nothing." Mo Shangjun replied casually and then asked, "Are your two friends reliable?"
"Yes, they're not in the entertainment industry. We've been friends since high school," Shen Qing answered.
"Give me their names and phone numbers," Mo Shangjun said.
"What do you need them for?" Shen Qing asked, confused.
"It has something to do with your aunt."
At the mention of "aunt," Shen Qing cast a skeptical glance at her but didn't show obvious resistance.
Thinking for a moment, she muttered, "Follow me."
Saying this, she turned and walked toward the spot where she had jumped into the river earlier—her bag was still there.
Mo Shangjun followed her.
