Luo Qiao got into the car, smiling as she looked at Lu Yichen, who was driving, and said, "Brother Chen, what brings you here?"
Lu Yichen gave her a sidelong glance. "You already know the answer to that."
Luo Qiao laughed. "I've been perfectly obedient. I told you I wouldn't drink, and I didn't. Are you satisfied now?"
Lu Yichen's lips curved into a smile, and he let out a light "Hmm." "Not bad."
Luo Qiao pretended to be dissatisfied. "Looks like someone isn't particularly happy even when I listen. Guess I won't bother next time. After all, drinking a little wouldn't hurt anyway, right?"
Without a word, Lu Yichen turned on the blinker, pulled the car over to the side of the road, and tugged her directly into his arms. "Tell me, what would it take to make me *particularly* happy?"
Luo Qiao hadn't expected him to take her teasing so seriously, let alone pull over right on the road.
