Ali hurriedly walked into the private room with the hostess.
The room was a mess, with Rose crouching on the sofa, crying softly.
A middle-aged man seemed to still be angry, with what appeared to be his friend advising him not to continue.
When Ali entered, all eyes were on her.
Ali glanced at Rose, then approached the middle-aged man warmly, "Isn't this Mr. Zheng? It's been a while since you last visited us. What made you so angry this time? Did the hostess offend you?"
"Hmph." Mr. Zheng snorted, still fuming, and spoke angrily, "Ali, I haven't been here for a long time, and now I'm greeted by such a disobedient hostess. Does she really think she's untouchable, beyond reproach?"
"Come on, Mr. Zheng, you're exaggerating. You know the hostesses at Haohan Peak are the most obedient. Rose, come over here and apologize to Mr. Zheng." Ali waved to Rose, hoping to settle the matter quietly.
Rose continued to cry quietly, unmoved by Ali's call.
