Kiyomi looked at Sakura, really looked at her like this was the first time she was seeing the woman after everything that had happened, and she hated herself for what she had reduced her to.
She hated this version of Sakura, and she hated that all of this was her fault. She could have decided to get this over and done with, and yet she had dragged everything, and now her Erasthai was hurting because of it all.
It wasn't what Kiyomi had wanted, but now there was no point in the endless excuses. She had done what she had done, and she still had the chance to make things right, yeah?
"Walk with me, please," Kiyomi said as she held out her hand for Sakura to take and follow her. It was a risk she was talking about, one that would definitely end with a rejection, but this time she didn't mind.
