After all, to a behemoth like Kaido, someone like Arthur was no more than an ant.

"Unbelievable. You actually think you can stand against Kaido," Kurozumi Orochi sneered. "You must be someone who's completely ignorant of the world. Are you part of the Worst Generation? Why have I never heard of you or seen your name in the newspapers?"

"The Worst Generation? Are you talking about the notorious pirates who emerged in the New World from the Sabaody Archipelago?" Arthur replied, sounding amused. "Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not one of them. You've never heard of me because I've been living on Skypiea."

Arthur was slightly surprised at Orochi's knowledge. Considering Wano's isolation from the rest of the world, he hadn't expected Orochi to be aware of the Worst Generation.

"Oh, so you're not part of the Worst Generation," Orochi scoffed. "That explains it. You must've grown used to hiding away on Skypiea. But you claim to come from Skypiea—so such a place really exists in this world.

If that's the case, let me show you how many powerful and extraordinary beings exist in the Blue Sea. People like you are nothing; you'll be dealt with in mere minutes."

With that, Orochi shifted his gaze toward Arthur, and suddenly, eight massive snake heads appeared behind him. The terrifying display was a result of the Yamato no Orochi bloodline passed down in Orochi's family, which granted him this monstrous transformation.

Arthur, however, remained unfazed.

"Is that all you've got?" Arthur said coolly. "What's the deal? Do you need to transform before the fight? Fine, I'll wait. Go ahead and use whatever tricks you have—I'll take you on."

Arthur showed no concern at all.

After yawning lazily, Arthur turned his eyes to Kurozumi Orochi and made a provocative gesture. Orochi's anger boiled over at Arthur's audacity—he hadn't expected anyone to dare provoke him to such an extent.

Orochi would not let Arthur off so easily. Since Arthur had chosen to defy him, Orochi was determined to teach him a lesson he wouldn't forget.

With rage building, Orochi leapt into the air, aiming to crush Arthur beneath him with all his weight. If Orochi succeeded, Arthur would have been reduced to nothing more than pulp.

However, just as Orochi was about to land, Arthur suddenly disappeared from sight. His movement was so quick that no one could follow it. Orochi crashed to the ground, landing heavily on his backside, while Arthur reappeared a short distance away, completely unharmed.

"Your speed is far too slow," Arthur said with a smirk. "Even with the power of the Yamato no Orochi, you're no threat to me if you're this sluggish."

Arthur's mocking words only fueled Orochi's rage. Furious, the eight snake heads behind him hissed and thrashed wildly before charging at Arthur in a frenzy.

"Oh, looks like I've made you angry," Arthur said with a calm smile.
