After all, just standing around and thinking wasn't going to solve anything. Since Arthur had decided to meet Orochi, he needed to head to Orochi's residence as soon as possible. On his way, he asked a passerby for directions and learned that Orochi was currently in the capital, Kyoto.

Finding Orochi's residence wasn't too difficult. A pedestrian pointed him in the right direction, and Arthur leisurely made his way there.

What Arthur didn't know was that the soldiers he had humiliated earlier had already arrived at Orochi's palace. Furious and injured, they wasted no time complaining to Orochi, painting Arthur as a dangerous criminal.

One of the soldiers, especially the one whose hands had gone numb from Arthur's attack, spoke with tears streaming down his face. He exaggerated the story to make Arthur sound like a monstrous villain.

"Lord Orochi, you must do something for us! That man is no ordinary person. He's dangerous! We don't know what his intentions are in coming to Wano, but we have to deal with him quickly. If we don't, he might become a serious threat to the entire country!"

Hearing this, Orochi sat on his plush sofa with a serious expression. He hadn't expected someone like Arthur to enter Wano so easily. Their country was heavily fortified, with multiple barriers in place to prevent outsiders from getting in.

Wano followed a strict closed-door policy—ordinary people couldn't enter, pirates were kept out, and even a fly couldn't sneak through. So, how had this mysterious man managed to get in?

As Orochi pondered the situation, a sudden, loud knock echoed through the room.

Thump, thump, thump.

The sharp sound made Orochi frown. He signaled one of his men to open the door.

The door swung open, and a man dressed entirely in black rushed inside.

The man in black quietly leaned toward Orochi's ear and whispered something.

As the man spoke, Orochi's expression darkened with visible anger. However, he remained seated, motionless. The soldiers nearby, unaware of what had been said, looked nervous and uneasy. They silently prayed they wouldn't become the targets of Orochi's wrath.

Noticing their fearful expressions, Orochi finally spoke. "Leave," he ordered coldly.

Orochi was infamous for his cruelty and unpredictable rage. For him to let them go so easily was unexpected. The soldiers felt a wave of relief, quickly bowing low and kneeling in gratitude before turning to leave.

But as they took only a few steps away, the sharp sound of a blade being unsheathed echoed through the room. Before they could react, they were all struck down.

Blood poured from their necks as they collapsed to the ground. The one responsible was none other than Orochi himself, who had just granted them their freedom moments earlier.

"What's the use of keeping worthless trash like you?" Orochi spat, his voice filled with disdain. "You couldn't even handle one man and had the audacity to disgrace me outside. Be gone."
