Max returned to the manor and found the original line of petitioners waiting for him.
The Skyyard had distracted them long enough to examine the tower, but it had not solved any of their problems. Several new people had joined the line. Two wanted Max to decide which party had the right to use the name Storm Riders.
He sent everyone away for an hour. Him dealing with these issues one by one wasn't going to work. especially long term when the number of adventures visiting the dungeon swelled.
"We need rules." Anna said after the door closed.
"We already have rules. Nobody can attack anyone. Nobody can draw a weapon. Offensive spells fail before they activate."
Quin sat in the chair across from Max's desk. "Those are restrictions built into the floor. They do not tell people what happens when they steal from each other."
"They get sent to the Orc camp."
"You cannot make that the answer to everything."
"Why not?"
