He soon reached the place bustling with maids and knights. The atmosphere should have been lively, but he picked up a tense note in the air.
The knights, although they appeared normal outwardly, were holding a sharp gaze as they walked around.
Even the maids and butlers were talking in hushed tones as if they did not want to interrupt any knight walking around.
He felt even more curious as to what had suddenly happened for them to behave like this.
Something was fishy, no doubt.
He casually walked up near a group of maids and idled around, pretending to polish a nearby vase.
He was attempting to mingle with the crowd and perhaps learn about the new gossip that they were sharing.
As he kept polishing the already clean vase, he walked up to a guy whom he had seen talking within the group and asked in a polite manner.
"Hey, what's all the fuss about?"
"Huh? Who are you?"
"I joined recently…" He replied, looking ignorant and oblivious.
