Gray already had a plan, or a few, even. But before he could say anything more, a hurricane suddenly rushed their way—the VERY chatty kind.
Out of nowhere, a girl ambushed them…
"Lizzy! Omg, you're back! I can't believe it! It's really you! I heard you came back, but… insane! Did you get back for the family meeting? I'm glad. I thought no one had told you! Who's this guy? Are you guys dating?"
"Pfft— That's quite the welcome. Now, are we dating?" Gray acted pensive for a second, observing the newcomer from head to toe before going "Who wants to know?"
This girl was a bumbling firecracker of energy, her energy a short contrast to her stature. She was short and cute but still roared like a dragon whenever gossip was concerned!
And as she felt Gray's gaze on her, she stammered a bit…
"T-That… I didn't mean anything by that, I just—" Good thing for her, Lizzy was there to rescue her. In fact, she gently patted her head as she explained.
