A loudspeaker sounded outside the manor as a dozen police cars with flashing sirens encircled the entrance. An officer was speaking through a loudspeaker, "Surrender quickly! Resistance is futile! The police will assess your willingness to confess when considering a reduction in your sentence!"

The leader of the masked men cursed, "Shit! The cops came really fast! But so what? I've been in this business for so long, and I've never been afraid!"
The guests on site began to stir as they saw the police arrive, with some displaying expressions of joyous relief.
