The throne hall slowly quieted after the introductions were out of the way.
Agni Igris glanced at both of the human monarchs with a certain look that both of them caught.
They nodded slightly as Agni Igris turned to his twin heirs, his deep crimson gaze firm but thoughtful.
"You two—Orion here will show you around," he said. "I need to talk to Arthur."
Both of them nodded their heads, recognizing that this was most likely a social as well as a business call.
Arthur crossed his arms, mirroring Agni Igris as he looked at Orion. "Show them around. It would do you well to get to know peers around your own age."
Orion nodded his head with a smile, "Yes, Father"
Arthur looked confused for a second at his son's reaction. He would've usually tried to get out of such a task.
Orion typically hated doing any type of assignment, preferring to train or indulge in his various hobbies.
Merlin, however, watched as her son refused to take his eyes off of Iris with a knowing gaze.
