Because the Little Ming Court insisted on forcibly establishing the nation's fortune, the Spiritual Energy in Guicang was consumed quite severely.
Strictly speaking, the current Spiritual Energy can still be called abundant.
But in recent years, the flow of Spiritual Energy within Guicang has already shown a declining trend.
Previously, the Little Ming Court in Guicang was attacked on both sides by the Mortal Worlds of the Great Tang and the Great Ming. To support itself, the Little Ming Court also employed some further depletion tactics.
Therefore, while the Little Ming Court no longer exists now, the trend of Spiritual Energy declining in Guicang has already formed in the short term. It needs quite a few years of recuperation to replenish back.
Of course, compared to many mediocre and barren places in the Mortal World, Guicang situated in the Nine Heavens is still considered a wondrous Immortal Realm with abundant Spiritual Energy.
