"And here I thought you had changed and were finally learning to cooperate," Jonathan said in a cold, almost disappointed tone.
He tightened his grip around the metal rod as he looked down at Allen, who was coughing blood onto the floor.
"Waa!!"
Noah hurriedly ran towards his father, his small feet stumbling against the floor as he desperately tried to reach him. Before he could get any closer, a pair of hands suddenly seized the back of his collar and lifted him effortlessly into the air, leaving his little legs kicking helplessly beneath him.
"Look at this thing… running towards his father," Sasha said with a wicked grin.
"Waaa!!" Noah cried as he jerked his little hands toward Allen, desperately reaching for him. Sasha only giggled at his frightened cries.
"L-Let go of my son!" Allen shouted as he forced himself forward to save Noah, but Sasha threw him into the air like a ball.
"Noah!" Allen shouted as he watched his son fall into Maiuri's waiting arms.
