The next day the world was in chaos between a villain who can cause city wide destruction and League of villain members on run.
Todoroki, Yaoyorozu, Kirishima, Midoriya all tried to get in contact with Izayoi but were unable to do so.
Kacchan went with the cops to be escorted back to home, since he was kidnapped he was asked multiple questions.
But the boy who fought the villain All for One, was lying on the hospital bed with dozens of sedative and pain reliefs.
The power he used when unsealed, was akin to ocean water being poured through a dam.
The power will be released, but the container will face dire consequences. Even his unparalleled durability wasn't enough for this unbounded power.

Following the intense villains attacks on students, Nezu transformed U.A. High into a boarding school with site dorms in order to protect its students. Other than a safety measure the dorms were also meant to keep close surveillance on the students.
The possibility of a mole can no longer be discarded or pushed aside, with the league of villains still on run. The school can no longer be lenient about this.
And a public investigation will cause more stir, so this was the best course of action.

In the sealed state he will cancel abilities that are in working after the contact has been made, like cancel shock absorption when punch is connected the whole damage will be taken by the opponent.
Cancel healing that's rough but I wanted it to work like this.
In unsealed state he will destroy destroy quirks, kind of like permanent.
Now that he used his unsealed power once he can harness this cancel thing, so like touching can do the trick.
Hagakure's quirk can be deactivated using his powers and now he will explore this section of his powers other than just brute forcing his opponents.*********
