I began walking, explaining everything that has been happening to Onyx. The kissing, my feelings on it. Everything down to the last minute detail. She listened patiently, calmly, allowing me to say my piece without interruptions. I had assumed she was putting everything together to give me her valid take on everything, but inside of my link, all I heard was the word.
"Interesting."
I actively stopped my stride after realising she wasn't adding onto her word. "That is it?" I asked. Prompting Onyx to reply.
"Would you rather I use my previous foresights to tell you what I have seen in our future, my universe? You and I both know that you don't like being told about fixed points and I wont make that mistake again. Give me a moment, I will pull the other one through, she understands others emotions better than I."
