> Author's Note:

HEY BABIES 💋

I missed you all so much! Finally dropping Chapter 19 — yes, I've been busy but y'all are always in my heart. Please comment if you're loving this story so far. It gives me life, I swear 😭💕

Let's dive into this chaotic rollercoaster.

---

Kim's POV

Morning came like a punishment.

Ugh. I didn't wanna go to school.

Not when Han In—yes that stepbrother—was gonna be there with his annoying face and his nerdy pervy energy. I buried my head in my pillow, letting out a scream that only my soul could hear.

"Sweetie, you're awake?" Tae's voice gently stirred me, followed by a soft peck on my cheek.

"Do I really have to go to school?" I grumbled like a child who hated homework and bullies—oh wait, that is me.

He chuckled. "Seems like someone doesn't like school."

He went to freshen up while I dramatically buried myself deeper into the blankets.

But like magic, he came back smelling like mint and warm skin. "You don't have to go if you don't want to. I'll tell the teacher you're sick."

I stared at him—soft and beautiful, already dressed.

Tempting offer.

But no. "I'll come. I can't leave you alone in that school, especially now that I know how many admirers you have."

He looked shocked. "Baby
 are you getting jealous?"

Crossing my arms, I huffed. "You should know how possessive I get."

Tae threw his hands up in surrender. "I rest my case, your majesty."

We both got ready, had breakfast, and headed to school like a power couple with matching trauma.

---

At School

We took our usual seats—me by the window, him beside me. Everything was calm.

Until that annoying voice entered the room.

"Hello, bad boy," Han In said with his nerdy grin like he thought this was some Wattpad wattsex story where he's the misunderstood love interest.

Tae rolled his eyes. "My name is Taeyang Jinsik. Please stop calling me that."

Han nodded, pretending to behave. "Can I call you Tae, then?"

My fingers curled tightly around my shirt. Breathe, Kim. Breathe.

Tae answered coolly, "That name's a little too intimate. So
 no."

Han just sat down in front of us like he owned the place.

"I'm Han In Taehyun," he said.

That name.

I swear it sounded like a trigger warning in my head. That name has ruined my peace for years. Just wait till I give birth—revenge will be served cold.

"I'm begging you—stop pestering my boyfriend," I snapped.

Han fake-pouted. "Sorry for the misunderstanding, but he kissed me first. I can't just forget it."

What the—???

"JUST GO," I shouted, tears burning behind my eyes.

Tae immediately hugged me. "Get lost, nerd," he said coldly.

Han narrowed his eyes. "Taeyang, this isn't over."

Boy, go write a fanfiction about it.

Once he left, Tae cupped my face. "I'm sorry, baby."

I tried not to cry, but my voice cracked. "How dare he threaten me like that?"

Tae kissed my forehead. "Don't listen to him, okay? You know I only love you. I would never betray you."

I stared into his eyes, heart pounding. "Then show me."

He leaned in—our lips were just a breath apart—until the teacher walked in.

"Sorry, lovebirds," Mr. Joo, our business management teacher said. "Class is starting."

Tae gave me a quick peck before sitting straight like nothing happened.

Meanwhile, I was blushing so hard I could boil ramen with my cheeks.

---

Lunch Break

We sat at the cafe. I was so excited for my kimchi jjigae and bibimbap. But before I could take a bite, Han In appeared again, placing a burger in front of Tae like he was auditioning for a breakup role.

The smell hit me.

And then—I ran to the bathroom.

---

Tae's POV

Kim wanted kimchi stew. That's what we ordered.

Then Han In walked in, dropped a burger on our table like some delusional rival trying to win points.

And then Kim ran out.

"You happy now?" I growled. "Don't you dare mess with my love life. I will ruin yours."

I didn't even wait for his response—I ran after Kim.

He was throwing up in the bathroom.

"Baby
" I rubbed his back and held a cup of water. When he finished, he leaned against me, exhausted.

"Should we go to the hospital?" I asked.

He nodded weakly.

And that was it—I took him out of school immediately.

---

At the Hospital

Kim's POV

"Nothing to worry about," the doctor said. "Totally normal for pregnancy. I'll prescribe something for the nausea. Just stay away from anything that turns your stomach."

He gave me an injection too. I held Tae's hand the whole time.

---

At Home

We returned earlier than expected. Jiang was on the couch, watching TV.

"You're back before 1pm? What happened?"

She saw my pale face and changed her tone instantly.

"Take him to bed. We'll talk after," she told Tae.

He nodded, changed my clothes, and tucked me in like the prince he is. I snuggled into the blanket. He kissed my forehead before leaving to explain.

---

Tae's POV

Jiang's face was all mother-hawk as I sat down.

"Is he sick?" she asked.

"He threw up. So I took him to the hospital."

"What did he eat?"

"A burger was placed on our table—he couldn't handle the smell."

She went feral. "They fed my baby a burger?! That witch—I'll make them pay!"

"N-no, mom. I handled it," I said quickly, knowing exactly what she was capable of.

She smirked like a mob boss. "Fine."

---

Back to Our Room

I walked in to see Kim curled up, sleeping like the most delicate little flower.

I climbed into bed behind him. He stirred, then wrapped his hands over mine. He smiled, even in his sleep.

My heart... just melted.

---

Hyung's POV

I saw it all. Han In. The burger. Kim running.

But I didn't run after Kim.

No.

I followed the nerd.

"Hey," I said, pulling him aside.

"You again?" he squeaked.

I smirked. "Thought I wouldn't see you again?"

I cornered him in the hallway. The tension was thick.

"I'll ruin your life if you go near my brother again," I whispered.

He gulped.

"I just want Tae—"

"Have some shame," I cut him off. "I used to love Kim too. But he loves Tae. So I let him go."

That's when it happened.

He leaned closer... and suddenly—we kissed.

Our eyes widened. I froze.

Then—sob.

I turned and saw Shinwoo.

Shit.

"Shinwoo!" I called, but he ran off.

I chased him. Grabbed his hand.

"Let go of me, you traitor!" he cried, shaking.

"What?"

"You kissed Han In!"

"Wait—he kissed me!" I explained. "I swear. You know I don't like him—"

"Stop with the excuses."

"Shinwoo
have I ever lied to you?"

His eyes shimmered. "You don't like him?"

"No. I don't."

And just as I was about to say more—he kissed me.

Our second kiss today.

"It's you, Hyung. It's always been you."

My world tilted.

"I
I was falling for Kim, but when I saw him with Tae, I moved on. I started falling for you. I've been stalking you for months. The kiss in the rain
 the gift in your room
 that drunk night
 it wasn't a mistake."

Everything came flooding back. That night. That kiss in the rain. That gift. That blowjob...

My lips parted.

"Hyung, you don't have to say anything now," Shinwoo said. "Just
 let me pursue you."

I blinked.

"Let me drop you off," I whispered.

He smiled, grabbing my arm.

We walked to my car together—him beaming, me in complete disbelief.
