"Ding dong—" A text message sound came through, and as Ye Che just unlocked his screen, Xia Weiyi curiously leaned over and asked, "So late, who's messaging you?"
Ye Che quietly deleted the message and tossed the phone aside. "Nothing, just some spam about mortgage loans."
"Hehe, who would've thought there are scam texts in England too!" Xia Weiyi commented just before a voice urgently came through her headset: "Yiyi, what are you dazing about? Hurry, heal them!"
Startled, Xia Weiyi didn't bother with Ye Che and began frantically pressing her keyboard.
It was almost midnight after battling the boss. Ye Che saw that Xia Weiyi seemed full of energy without a hint of fatigue, so he walked over to the computer, wrapped his arms around her petite body, and pulled her into his embrace.
"Yiyi, it's already midnight, hurry up and go to sleep, hmm?"
"No way!" Xia Weiyi squirmed a bit in Ye Che's arms. "Just five more minutes, I have to grab a spot first."
