A few women and a wolf were gathered around the examination table, watching the veterinarian's hand move as they looked at the black blob on the screen. Even though Rou Rou couldn't understand it, she was lying on the edge of the examination table, ears pricked, and was watching more intently than anyone else.
The veterinarian rotated the instrument while explaining to the group, "Indeed, she is pregnant, already over two months in, expected to give birth by the end of the month."
"So soon? I didn't notice," said a puzzled member of the Ruanlin Family. Last time, after Xiaoxue got pregnant, her belly had already grown quite a bit after two months; it was unexpected that she couldn't tell this time.
"It's indeed hard to notice, there's only one so the belly is smaller," said the veterinarian, pointing at a small dot on the screen, "The little cub is here, just one, likely to be born by the end of the month."
