Outside the Beach
" Hey you!" One of the guys sitting in between his two friends shouted at Mary. He has been drinking with his friends at the beach before Mary came out of the house.
Mary approached him to know what he wanted nor why he was calling her.
" What can I do for you?" She asked him
He smiled suspiciously to his fellow guys before turning to her
" Well, every pretty lady here seems to be taken except you... It is not bad if we get to know each other better" he said as he carelessly touched her hand going up to her shoulders.
Mary scoffed while looking away and then back to him "Really? you sure you want to be friends with me?" She asked looking coldly at him while silently walking very much closer to him "You sure you are going to give me what i want ?" she asked giving him a scary scare as the young man glance at his friend looking confuse as it wasn't what they expected from her
Before Mary could open her mouth to say something else... She was interrupted by Kelvin who had pushed away the young man's hand away from Mary's body
" Stay away from my girlfriend" he said almost ready to fight him
" Relax man, I meant no harm" the man said with a grin
" Let's go" Mary said to Kelvin
" Okay" he responded before leaving with her
" What an ass! They were both single yesterday" The guy said after they had left
" Seems you are late, you lost the bet of winning her over" one of his friend said
" Not at all, they just started, I still have my chance... Pete never lost " the man boasted
" We will see about that Pete, you seem to be creeped out by her" his other friend responded
" Babe, you are not meant to attend to assholes like them, we just provides the necessary things at the beach for the the necessary people " Kelvin told her really worried
" You are so sweet that I find it hard to believe that this is your first relationship " Mary said gently
Kelvin blushed as he scratches the back of his head " I am just trying not to embarrass myself. This is a bold step for me and I am happy to be your first" Kelvin said
" Yes, me too" Mary responded looking into his eye. Kelvin wouldn't stop blushing nervously like a fool why looking back at her. Their silence was abruptly interrupted by Mary's phone ringing
" I am going to answer this, it's my sister" She told him
" Okay" Kelvin said. He smiled at her and Mary repeated the same before leaving his presence.
" I am in love, I am finally in a relationship" he said really thrilled about it.
