Ray Hudson felt a rush of annoyance and frustration in his heart.
He sneered, "Sis, I'm your brother, of course you're optimistic about me. Brother-in-law cares about you, so he won't be rude to you. But honestly, he's probably thinking, 'How can I help this hopeless case?' Just don't make things hard for him."
Wyatt Perry curled his lips, "I wasn't thinking that."
Claudia Ross pouted, "Yeah, he wouldn't dare. If he dared to look down on you, I'd beat him so bad he'd be searching for his teeth all over the place."
Little An heard this and, ever the mischief maker, asked, "Mommy, would Daddy be looking for his teeth, asking, 'Where are my teeth, where are my teeth?'"
Wyatt Perry's face turned stern, and he grabbed Little An's collar menacingly, "Do you want to try looking for your teeth all over the place?"
"No, no," Little An shook his head vigorously, shrinking his neck back in fear.
