The doctor gently touched a few times and asked, "Does it still hurt now?"
"It doesn't hurt anymore." Mrs. Perry cautiously asked, "Did I... have a miscarriage?"
"Go for an ultrasound and check it out, I'll write out the order."
"Okay, thank you, doctor."
Mrs. Perry went to the ultrasound room by herself; there were fewer people in the evening, so she didn't have to wait long.
She called Tabby Teller on the way.
As soon as the call connected, Tabby Teller lost control and shouted, "Why did you hang up earlier, did something happen?"
Being yelled at by Tabby Teller for the first time, Mrs. Perry was stunned.
It took her a while to stammer, "Why are you so fierce, trying to scare me to death... I was fine but got scared into having problems by you..."
Hearing Mrs. Perry say this, Tabby Teller finally breathed a sigh of relief, as he had been ready to fly to Rivile City immediately if she hadn't answered the phone.
