Qin Sisi and Ye You navigated around the dense branches of the large trees to the side of the swamp flower field, intending to avoid those terrifying flowers and the dreadful spider, and to continue onward from a side path.
Qin Sisi jumped onto a branch, lifted her head to observe the route ahead when suddenly a spider came into her sight. It resembled the giant spider they encountered earlier, with a black body speckled with white patches, hanging from a thread dropping down from an overhead branch, swaying slightly in front of her.
"Ah!" Qin Sisi cried out instinctively, taken by surprise, and hurriedly retreated.
Ye You immediately flew forward, scooping her up and taking her away from the spider, landing on the branch of another tall tree.
The spider Qin Sisi saw was not large, and its combat ability seemed average. It just startled her because it appeared so suddenly.
