It is because when a Pokémon with Toxic Debris is hit by a physical move, Toxic Spikes will be set on the opposing side of the field, and if a Pokémon with this Ability is hit by a physical multi-strike move (for example by Fury Swipes), each hit from that move will activate this Ability.
However, if an attack would cause more than two layers of Toxic Spikes to be set or if the attack hits the substitute instead, this Ability will not activate.
Also, since Glimmet is part Poison type, that means it will get STAB for using its Poison type moves.
And Poison type moves are Super Effective for both Grass and Fairy type, meaning that my Wooxie is as good as dead if she is getting hit by any of its Poisonous Attack!
However, while Glimmet can deal x4 damage and 1.5x STAB with its Poison type attacks, my Wooxie can also deal x4 damage with her Ground type Dig move.
Although it didn't get STAB, and also hitting the Glimmet with Dig would surely trigger its Toxic Debris ability too....
Oh, maaannnn this is quite a dilemma.....
"Glimmet, use Toxic."
As I am falling deep in my mind, Daru Dayu already issued her command and the Glimmet already shrouded by venomous aura before it shot a blob of poison to Shion.
"Shion, Quick Dodge!" I immediately asked my Pokémon to use Quick Attack to dodge the Toxic.
"Woo xie!" My Pokémon immediately speeds up her moves in an attempt to shakes of the venomous aura shot by her enemy.
But as if it is mocking our efforts, the Toxic shot by the Glimmet still hit Shion and make her badly poisoned however quick her maneuver is.
"Ara ara, don't you know that when a Poison type Pokémon use the move Toxic, they will never miss?" Daru Dayu simply commented in a leisurely tone.
"What!?" I am surprised by this new revelation.
Yeah, blame me who mostly only play Pokemon games from Generation II and III and their fanmade hacks.
I don't know that now Toxic have gotten an upgrade like that?
Sigh..... If I know this will happen, I should not spend eight whole years just playing those Pokemon Moemon made from Emerald and Fire Red games and try playing some vanilla Pokémon games up to the latest ones before my death in my previous live.
Alright then, it's now or never!
"Shion! Use Surprise!"
"WOOO XIIIEEEEE!!!!!"
My Pokémon immediately dig her way underground, while Daru Dayu who is taken aback by my command before quickly regained her composure.
"Ara ara? Isn't that a Dig? You really surprised me with your shout. Glimmet, use Harden."
While my Pokémon is digging its way underground, my opponent use this opportunity to harden itself and bolster its defense.
Ugh.... With this the move Dig will dish out even less damage to it now.
But fortunately the second part of my combination move is not affected since it is based on Special Attack.
However, since it is a Fairy type attack.... Then yeah, I don't expect it deal so many damage anyway.
Shion emerged from the underground and she clashed against the Glimmet head on, the physical impact done by her triggered the opponent's Toxic Debris as toxic spikes are scattered everywhere.
But my Pokémon is not done yet, as she is now on point blank range she shouted out her Disarming Voice directly on the face of the Glimmet that she have just bashed after she emerged from underground.
The Glimmet staggered by the surprise attack and it is thrown back a few step behind before it floated back again.
Even Daru Dayu is also surprised with my Pokémon chaining move in one go.
"Shion, let's do it again!" I commanded my Pokémon who forced herself to do another move combination without resting.
Thanks to the training we have, now our Pokémons have built up more stamina and can do move combination without resting for a while in the battle.
Though they do have to take a prolonged rest to recover after the battle ends.
"Hmph, I won't let it. Glimmet, Acid Spray!"
My Wooxie immediately dig her way underground as her enemy is spraying out acidic liquid on her way.
I tensed up as I see the purple colored acid being sprayed to my Pokémon who is still digging the ground beneath her.
If the that Poison type attack hits her now, my Grass/Fairy type Pokémon would surely be done for.
Shion who also knows about her predicament also speed up her digging.
And to my favor, she do succeeded in getting herself burrowed underground before the acidic spray hit her.
Though I can see her struggling very much in her move with her badly poisoned condition.
Shion is already in her last straw now, but if my Surprise move combination hits, then we might be able to take down the Glimmet down together with her.
"Glimmet, Harden once more!" Daru Dayu who is an experienced Gym Leader must have also realized the current issue and she instructed her Pokémon to bolster its defense again so that it can survive the next attacks
Unfortunately for her and fortunately to me, as the distance between my Shion and her Glimmet is not so far due to them just being clashing head on a moment before, my Pokémon emerged from the underground just right when the Glimmet is still covering itself with a grey protective energy to hardened its own body.
Shion immediately clashed with the Glimmet as she have utilised Dig and just like before, she immediately blasted the Glimmet with her Disarming Voice.
The Glimmet haven't even done with its hardening before it go down unconscious on the ground.
And my Wooxie also fall over not too long after due to succumbing to her badly poisoned condition.
"Double Down! Both Pokémon are unable to continue the battle!" Shouted the Referee of our Gym Battle.
I and Dary Dayu returned each of our Pokémon back to their own pokeball.
"Hmmm.... Not bad, you can defeat two of my Pokémon with just one, and what's more, with the last of mine have a double type advantage against yours." Daru Dayu complimented me as she take out the third pokeball that is attached to her kimono sash.
I also take out my pokeball, for this round I decided to sent out my newly gotten Mareep Moemon.
"I would like to give you a Gym Badge now seeing how excellent you have battled so far. But rules are rules. Now, defeat my third and final Pokémon so that you can claim the Badge from my Gym. Come forth and rock the sky and the earth! Go, my Aerodactyl!" Daru Dayu exclaimed as she throw out her pokeball and sent out the iconic fossil Pokémon from the very first generation of Pokémon games.
"Go, Reika!" I also sent out my Pokémon (Moemon) while also take out my Pokédex to scan the Fossil Pokémon sent out by the Gym Leader.
[Aerodactyl, the Fossil Pokémon, is a dual type Rock and Flying Pokémon.]
[Aerodactyl is a ferocious Pokémon from the age of dinosaurs. It was regenerated from genetic material extracted from ancient amber. It is imagined to have been the king of the skies in ancient times. It used its sawlike fangs to shred its prey before eating them. A widely accepted theory is that it went extinct due to a large meteor impact. This savage and vicious Pokémon is said to have flown in ancient skies while shrieking high-pitched cries. Aerodactyl's sawlike fangs can shred skin to tatters, even if it is the hard and though skin of Steel-type Pokémon.]
[This Aerodactyl have the ability Rock Head and it knows the move Dragon Breath (Egg Move), Ancient Power, Bite, Supersonic, Wing Attack, Scary Face, Fire Fang, Ice Fang and Pursuit]
What the ..... Phew, good thing that this Aerodactyl didn't have any Ground type moves like any other Aerodactyl that my fellow Pokémon players trained which must have Earthquake in their move pool to go against the Electric types that are super effective against them.

[ ] Author's Note [ ]
Yeah, I have just checked, in Pokémon games from Generation VI onwards, if Toxic is used by a Poison type Pokémon, that move will never miss, even if the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Fly or Dig.
And if that Pokémon uses any additional moves after Toxic in the same turn, those moves will never miss either.
Although this is known by the fans as the Toxic sure-hit glitch, but thay glitch seems to be an intended feature as Gamefreak didn't fix that even though the game is already entering Generation IX by now.
