The Spiritual Coliseum, located right next to the city's central square, welcomed huge crowds. Alchemists, fighters, and spectators of all kinds and from all walks of life.
It was a Roman-style coliseum, built to accommodate tens of thousands of people. It looked more like a large modern soccer field on Earth.
Inside, there were many tables set up, each with spiritual furnaces that had been prepared in advance by the organizers. No one was allowed to bring their own furnace, so that everyone would be on equal footing.
Before the tournament began, representatives from each family inspected the furnaces and, after verifying that there was no structural damage—a process carried out to prevent bribery or situations that might complicate matters for their disciples—they allowed the disciples to enter the arena.
Finally, they entered in single file. Each clan. Each family. Each participating group.
