The territories surrounding the Middle Academy are not usually very active; there is little movement because it is not a densely populated area and there are no real cities nearby.
Thanks to this and the tranquility of the area, it is common for high-level professors at the Academy to have their residences in these areas. They have to purchase the land from the kingdom, but it is worth it if they can have such peace and protection, given the proximity between the Allen Territory and the Academy.
Alice flew over several large estates with lots of livestock and few buildings and stopped in the middle of one of them, where there was a huge mansion in the middle of the estate.
The decorations were classic, similar to those of the ancient era. It had colorful decorations and large vertical windows that reflected the light of the moon and the lamps that adorned the beautiful front garden.
