After getting a better look at me he looked shocked. "How old are you?"
"I.. I don't know. I can't remember anything." I said with my arms still raised. I really hope he doesn't think I'm a threat.
After that the man put away his dagger and took a step towards me. I instinctively took a step back and noticing this he said. "No need to worry, the forest is dangerous we should get back to the village. There we will sort everything out. Oh yeah I almost forgot my name is Thomas, maybe on the way back you'll remember yours."
Thomas was a taller man, he had blonde hair and grey eyes. He wore brown pants and a basic white t-shirt, he also wore a loose brown vest made of some animal material. The vest easily hid the dagger he had around his waist without hindering his ability to grab it.
"There won't be any issues with me coming in?" I asked confused. "Not at all, in fact there were two lights that we saw, one here by us and another a little over there" he said while pointing directly to the right of us.
"I'm hoping that the other light just has another kid like you over there and not anything more dangerous." Thomas said with a concerned look on his face. "For now we'll return to the village. There we'll try to find out some basic information like your name and age."
"Yessir." I said. With that we continued our walk towards the village.
