He did not know how strong the Dragon race was, but he was sure they were far above his current level.
Alex sighed and looked at the paper bag on the table.
His eyes grew firm with determination.
"It was too risky for me to go there in the past, but now it is different.
I will make sure to bring you back, Dad, dead or alive."
He started unpacking the meal.
Outside the facility, Emily ran into Luca.
Emily had come because she already had the permit to enter the dungeon with Alex.
She had asked her mentor to write and submit the request in her name.
She had done this on purpose. She did not want Alex to sneak into the dungeon alone.
By coincidence, she met Luca just after leaving the room.
