The more we experience them, the more we become addicted.

The hardest part is not letting them consume us.

But it's already too late for me.

I've already been swallowed whole.

I was meant to have died. 

And yet, I found myself in this situation. 

A game I had never played before. A character I was unfamiliar with, and... A world that seemed to want to swallow me whole with every move I made.

My existence was clouded with misunderstandings and lies. 


I had already somewhat come clean to Leon, Delilah, and Aoife. However, that wasn't enough. I knew that there was no longer a need for me to hide any longer. There was no point, and it was, in fact, just hurting me at this point.

The words flowed smoothly from my mouth. I didn't feel any relief when saying the words, nor did I feel a weight lifted from my chest. 


I had now reached a point where I no longer cared to keep my 'secret' a secret. 


But of course, I wasn't stupid enough to completely come clean in front of them.
