Chapter 34 - Chapter 34

The conference room in the French Ministry was uncomfortably silent. Harry sat between Bagnold and Amelia, his posture relaxed despite the tension crackling through the air. Across the polished oak table, Apolline sat with her parents, her expression carefully neutral. The French Minister, Alexandre Beaumont, occupied the head of the table while his Head of Department sat alongside him.

The Bulgarian delegation looked decidedly uncomfortable. Minister Dimitrov kept mopping his brow with a handkerchief. His Head of DMLE, a stern woman named Nadia Petrov, maintained a stoic expression that couldn't quite hide her embarrassment.

Barty Crouch Sr. sat to Bagnold's left, his rigid posture and sharp eyes taking in everything. He'd arrived that morning with a contingent of British aurors, his presence making it clear that Britain took this attack very seriously.

"Let us begin," Minister Beaumont said in heavily accented English. "Twenty-four hours have passed since the attack on Mademoiselle Deschanel and Lord Peverell. Captain Beaumont, your report?"

The captain stepped forward, opening her folder. "We have confirmed the identities of three deceased attackers. Aleksandr Ivanov, Gregor Volkov, and Pavel Dimitrov. All Bulgarian nationals with known connections to Antonin Dolohov. The surviving prisoner, under Veritaserum, confirmed that Dolohov organized the attack and was present during the assault."

"And Dolohov himself?" Dimitrov asked, his voice strained.

"Still at large. We've issued international arrest warrants and are monitoring all known associates and safe houses. However, he has gone to ground. No sightings, no magical signatures, nothing."

Bagnold's jaw tightened. "Twenty-four hours and nothing? How is that possible?"

"Dolohov is experienced in evading authorities," Captain Beaumont replied carefully. "He has resources and contacts throughout Europe. However, we believe he is injured. Lord Peverell's curse work during the fight was extensive. He cannot have gotten far."

Harry kept his expression neutral, though inwardly he knew exactly why they couldn't find Dolohov. The man was probably holed up somewhere, writhing in agony and unable to use magic without intensifying his suffering. The curse was doing its work perfectly.

"This is unacceptable," Crouch said sharply. "An attack on a British lord during an international tournament is an act that cannot go unanswered. Minister Dimitrov, your champion has brought shame not only to Bulgaria but to the entire tournament."

Dimitrov flinched. "Bulgaria condemns Dolohov's actions in the strongest possible terms. We had no knowledge of his plans and will provide every assistance in bringing him to justice."

"Your assurances ring hollow when one of your nationals attempted murder on French soil," Bagnold said coldly. "Lord Peverell is Britain's champion. He represented our country with honor and skill. And this is how he's repaid? With masked assassins in the night?"

"Millicent," Monsieur Deschanel interjected smoothly, using Bagnold's first name on purpose. "While I share your anger, we must focus on resolution rather than recrimination. My daughter was also targeted. The Deschanel family demands justice, but we will not achieve it through division."

Bagnold took a breath, visibly collecting herself. "You're right, of course. My apologies. The attack on your daughter was equally reprehensible."

"Thank you." Monsieur Deschanel's gaze moved to Harry. "Lord Peverell acted with exceptional courage in defending my daughter. For that, he has the eternal gratitude of House Deschanel."

"I only did what anyone would have done," Harry replied diplomatically.

"Modest as well as skilled," Madame Deschanel said with a warm smile. "Apolline spoke very highly of your conduct during the attack."

Apolline's eyes met Harry's briefly, and he saw the heat there despite her composed exterior. "Lord Peverell was most impressive," she said demurely.

Crouch cleared his throat. "The personal heroics aside, we need to discuss concrete steps. Minister Beaumont, what resources are being dedicated to the manhunt?"

"Full mobilization of our aurors," Captain Beaumont replied. "We have teams monitoring all transportation hubs, questioning known associates, and coordinating with neighboring magical governments. If Dolohov attempts to leave France, we will know."

"Bulgaria will provide complete access to our records," Petrov added. "Dolohov's known contacts, his financial dealings, everything. We want him caught as much as you do."

"Do you?" Bagnold asked sharply. "Because from where I'm sitting, your government seemed quite content to let Dolohov brutalize his way through this tournament until he finally went too far."

"That is unfair," Dimitrov protested. "Dolohov stayed within the rules of the tournament. We could not act on suspicion alone."

"He put Rodriguez in the hospital for a week. He injured Mademoiselle Deschanel badly enough that she couldn't continue. He fought with clear intent to cause maximum harm." Bagnold's voice was ice. "Don't pretend you didn't see what everyone else did."

"Ministers, please," Beaumont interjected. "Assigning blame for past inaction will not help us now. What matters is cooperation moving forward."

The conversation continued in circles for another twenty minutes. Diplomatic niceties warred with genuine anger as each government tried to assert their position while maintaining the facade of cooperation. Harry found it tedious but necessary. This was politics, the dance of nations trying to protect their interests while appearing reasonable.

Minister Beaumont leaned forward, his expression grave. "We must also address the broader implications. This attack was not merely against two individuals, however noble. It was an assault on the principles of international magical cooperation that this tournament represents."

"Well said," Crouch agreed stiffly. "The tournament was meant to foster goodwill between our nations. Instead, it has been tainted by violence and treachery."

"Which is precisely why we must show unity now," Monsieur Deschanel said. "If we fracture over this, we hand Dolohov and whoever hired him a victory."

That caught everyone's attention. Bagnold's eyes sharpened. "You believe someone hired him?"

"Don't you?" Apolline's father asked reasonably. "Dolohov is many things, but impulsive is not one of them. He planned that attack carefully. Brought associates, chose the location, and waited for the right moment. That speaks of premeditation beyond simple revenge."

"The prisoner's testimony supports this," Captain Beaumont said, consulting her notes. "Under Veritaserum, he stated that Dolohov told them this was a contracted job. That they would be paid handsomely for eliminating Lord Peverell."

"Did he name who contracted it?" Crouch demanded.

"No. Dolohov never told them. He kept that information to himself."

Bagnold's fists clenched on the table. "So somewhere out there is someone who wanted Lord Peverell dead badly enough to hire an assassin. Someone with both the resources and the motive."

"We're investigating," Captain Beaumont assured her. "Following the money, questioning Dolohov's known contacts. If there is a client, we will find them."

"See that you do." Bagnold's tone left no room for argument. "Britain will not tolerate threats against our lords, contracted or otherwise."

The discussion shifted to coordination protocols. How information would be shared, which agencies would take point on various aspects of the investigation, and what resources each nation would commit. It was dry, bureaucratic work, but necessary.

Finally, after what felt like hours, Minister Beaumont stood. "I believe we have reached an accord. France, Britain, and Bulgaria will coordinate fully on the manhunt. All resources will be shared. Any sightings or intelligence will be immediately communicated to all parties. Are we agreed?"

Reluctant nods circled the table.

"Excellent. Captain Beaumont will serve as the central coordination point. She will update all parties daily on progress." Beaumont looked at each minister in turn. "This attack was an assault on the spirit of international magical cooperation. We will show that such actions will not be tolerated."

"Hear, hear," Crouch said stiffly.

The meeting adjourned with handshakes and formal pleasantries that barely concealed the underlying tensions. Harry stood, stretching slightly. Amelia moved to his side immediately, her auror instincts on full display despite being in a secure location.

Apolline approached with her parents. "Lord Peverell," she said formally, though her eyes sparkled with warmth. "I wanted to thank you again for your assistance during the attack."

"It was my pleasure, Mademoiselle Deschanel." Harry took her offered hand, pressing a kiss to her knuckles that was perfectly appropriate and yet somehow intimate. His lips lingered just a fraction longer than propriety demanded. "I hope the rest of your time is more peaceful."

"I suspect it will be." Her fingers tightened around his briefly before releasing. "Though I confess, the excitement had its merits."

Monsieur Deschanel chuckled, his eyes moving between them with knowing amusement. "My daughter has always had a taste for adventure. Lord Peverell, I hope this unfortunate incident hasn't soured you on France entirely."

"Not at all. I've found France to be quite welcoming."

"Good, good." The older man's expression turned more serious, though warmth remained in his eyes. "I suspect we'll be seeing more of you in the future. Perhaps in more pleasant circumstances. More intimate settings, even."

The emphasis wasn't lost on anyone. Harry met his gaze steadily. "I would like that very much, Monsieur."

Madame Deschanel smiled warmly. "You're welcome at our estate anytime, Lord Peverell. Our door is always open to friends of the family. And you are certainly a friend now."

The emphasis on 'friend' made it abundantly clear they knew exactly what had transpired between Harry and their daughter. More importantly, they had no objections whatsoever. Harry felt genuine surprise at that. Most noble families would be outraged at their daughter's involvement with a foreign lord she'd just met, regardless of his heroics. The Deschanels apparently took a more progressive view, or perhaps they simply trusted their daughter's judgment.

"You honor me, Madame."

"Not at all. You saved our daughter's life." Her voice grew soft with genuine emotion. "That is not a debt easily repaid, but we will do our best."

They exchanged a few more pleasantries before the Deschanel family took their leave. Apolline glanced back once as they reached the door, her smile promising that this was far from goodbye. Harry returned it, aware of Bagnold and Amelia watching the exchange with interest.

Bagnold waited until the Deschanels were gone before speaking. "Well handled. The Deschanels are powerful allies to have in France."

"I wasn't thinking about alliances, Minister."

"I'm sure you weren't." Her tone was dry but not unkind. "Come. Let's get some air before we return to Britain. I need to clear my head after that bureaucratic nightmare."

They exited the conference room, Amelia and Crouch following behind them. The corridor was blessedly empty, most officials having returned to their duties now that the high level meeting had concluded. Once they were certain of privacy, Bagnold's carefully maintained composure cracked.

"That insufferable Bulgarian minister," she said, her voice tight with barely controlled anger. "Sitting there with his excuses and his apologies as if they mean anything. As if words can undo the fact that one of his nationals tried to murder a British lord."

"He's in a difficult position," Harry observed, keeping his tone reasonable. "Dolohov's actions reflect badly on Bulgaria as a whole. Dimitrov has to make the right political noises, even if we all know they're hollow."

"I don't care about his political difficulties." Bagnold's eyes flashed with genuine fury. "He should have reined Dolohov in during the tournament. Everyone could see what that man was doing, the unnecessary brutality, the clear intent to cause maximum harm. But no one acted because technically he stayed within the rules."

"The rules were flawed," Amelia interjected quietly. "Too much leeway for interpretation. Too much faith that competitors would exercise restraint."

"Exactly." Bagnold turned her attention back to Harry, and her expression softened slightly. "You're Britain's champion. You represented our country beautifully, won the tournament with skill and grace, and then some lunatic tries to murder you because his pride couldn't handle defeat. And there's that contract too…"

"But he failed, Minister. I'm fine. Apolline is fine. We defended ourselves successfully."

"You could have been killed." The genuine concern in her voice caught Harry off guard, as did the way her hand briefly touched his arm. "Both you and Mademoiselle Deschanel. If Dolohov had succeeded, if he'd been just a bit faster or you'd been just a bit slower, we'd be planning funerals instead of manhunts."

Harry covered her hand with his own, the contact brief enough to maintain propriety. "I appreciate your concern, Minister. Truly. But I can take care of myself. Dolohov learned that the hard way, twice now."

Bagnold looked down at where his hand had been, something flickering in her expression that wasn't entirely professional. "Yes, well. You're clearly more capable than most wizards, my Lord. But please, be careful. At least until that bastard is caught or confirmed dead."

"I will be." Harry let his voice drop slightly, eyeing her. "It's nice to know the Minister of Magic cares so much about my personal wellbeing."

A faint blush colored her cheeks, visible despite her attempts to maintain composure. "Of course I care. You're a British lord and our tournament champion. It's my job to care about your welfare."

"Is that all it is?" Harry's lips quirked into a slight smile, his eyes holding hers. "Your job?"

Bagnold met his gaze, and for a moment the professional mask slipped completely. He saw awareness there, interest, and something that might have been attraction warring with propriety before she smoothed her expression back into place. "What else would it be, Lord Peverell?"

"Nothing, Minister." Harry's smile widened just slightly. "Just making sure we understand each other."

Crouch cleared his throat pointedly, breaking the moment. "Minister, we should return to Britain. There are matters that require your immediate attention. The Wizengamot will want a full briefing on this incident."

"Yes, quite right." Bagnold straightened, though her eyes remained on Harry a moment longer than necessary. "Lord Peverell, Auror Bones, travel safely. I expect a full written report when you return to Britain."

"Of course, Minister," Amelia barely held back a smirk.

"And Harry?" The use of his first name surprised everyone, including Bagnold herself based on the brief widening of her eyes. "Do be careful. Britain needs capable lords like you."

"I'll do my best not to disappoint, Millicent."

Her blush deepened at his use of her first name, but she didn't correct him. Instead, she simply nodded and swept away with Crouch, her crimson robes swirling dramatically. Just before she turned the corner, she glanced back. Their eyes met, and Harry saw the conflict there clearly. Professional propriety warring with personal interest, duty battling desire.

Good. The seeds were well and truly planted now.

"That was interesting," Amelia murmured once they were alone in the corridor.

"What was?"

"You. Flirting with the Minister of Magic." Amelia's tone was amused rather than judgmental. "And quite effectively, I might add. She was blushing like a schoolgirl by the end there."

Harry grinned, completely unrepentant. "I have no idea what you're talking about."

"Sure you don't." Amelia shook her head, though she was smiling. "Come on. Let's get back to the chateau and finish packing. We're leaving today, and I'd rather not rush. Plus, I imagine Narcissa and Clarisse are anxious to hear how everything went."

The floo journey back was mercifully brief. Harry stepped out into the familiar entrance hall of the chateau to find Narcissa and Clarisse waiting. Narcissa stood by the fireplace, elegant as always in deep green robes that hugged her curves perfectly. Clarisse lounged on a nearby sofa, her veela nature making even casual movements look graceful and sensual.

"There you are," Narcissa said, moving to embrace him immediately. "How did the meeting go? Was it as tedious as expected?"

"Worse, actually." Harry pulled her close, breathing in her familiar scent. "Lots of posturing, diplomatic double speak, and carefully worded accusations. But it's handled. For now."

Clarisse rose from the sofa, her silver eyes assessing him carefully. "And Dolohov? Any progress on finding that bastard?"

"Still missing. They think he's injured and hiding somewhere, which is accurate." Harry released Narcissa reluctantly. "The aurors are mobilized across three countries, but they won't find him easily. Not in the state I left him in."

"About that," Narcissa said, her expression turning serious. "We've been discussing it while you were gone."

"Discussing what?"

"The fact that you let Dolohov escape." Clarisse said calmly, without accusation but with clear concern. "You had him, Harry. You could have ended it permanently. Instead, you cursed him and let him run."

"It seemed like the right choice at the time. Still does."

"Did it?" Narcissa asked, taking his hand and leading him to sit. "Harry, I understand your reasoning. The curse you used is devastating, and watching him suffer has a certain poetic justice. But Dolohov is still out there. Still breathing. Still a potential threat."

"He's not a threat," Harry said with absolute confidence. "Not anymore. Not the way that matters."

"How can you be sure?" Amelia asked, settling into an armchair across from them. "What if he comes back? What if he finds a healer skilled enough to counter the curse? What if he decides his last act should be taking you with him?"

"He won't. And even if he tried, it wouldn't work."

"You sound very sure of that," Clarisse observed, moving to perch on the arm of his chair. "Why?"

Harry took a moment to gather his thoughts, aware of three pairs of eyes watching him intently. These women cared about him, genuinely cared, and their concern came from a place of love rather than doubt in his abilities. They deserved a real explanation.

"I've had a lot of time to think about Dolohov," Harry said finally. "About how his mind works, what drives him, what makes him tick. Beyond the brutality and the skill with dark magic, he's fundamentally a creature of pride. His entire reputation, his whole identity, is built on being feared. On being the one who hurts others, who dominates, who wins."

"And now that reputation is destroyed," Narcissa said slowly, understanding beginning to dawn on her. "Twice over."

"Exactly. First, I beat him in the arena in front of thousands of spectators. Politicians, ministry officials, fellow duelists, common folk. Everyone who matters in magical Europe watched me dismantle him. Watched me make his vaunted brutality look clumsy and ineffective." Harry's expression hardened. "Then I beat him again in a real fight with no rules, no referees, no safety measures. He brought backup, had the element of surprise, attacked when he thought we'd be vulnerable. And I still crushed him."

"His pride is shattered," Amelia said.

"Shattered doesn't even begin to cover it. It's obliterated, ground into dust." Harry leaned back, his hand caressing Clarisse's thigh gently. "But more than that, right now he's completely alone. No allies would be willing to help him. He has no resources to fall back on. And most importantly, he can't even use his magic without experiencing agony worse than the Cruciatus."

"You think he'll break," Clarisse said, her voice thoughtful rather than questioning.

"I think he's already breaking. A man like Dolohov, stripped of everything that defines him? Surrounded by nothing but dark thoughts, failure, and constant pain?" Harry's smile was cold and calculating. "That's a very dangerous combination. Dangerous for him, and dangerous for anyone he blames for putting him in this position."

Understanding dawned in Narcissa's eyes, followed quickly by something that might have been admiration. "You think he'll lash out. But not at you."

"I think a man with nothing left to lose makes desperate decisions. Irrational decisions. He's in constant agony, his future is destroyed, his reputation is gone, and he knows it's never coming back. When a man reaches that point, revenge stops being strategic. It becomes emotional."

"He'll go after whoever hired him," Amelia said, her eyes widening slightly. "You're using him as a weapon."

"I'm giving him the rope to hang himself with, and hoping he takes a few others with him," Harry corrected. "Dolohov blames me for his current state, absolutely. But he also blames whoever hired him for this disaster. Whoever promised him gold and glory for a simple assassination, and then left him to take the fall alone."

"You're sure he even knows who hired him?" Narcissa asked sharply.

"Maybe not directly. Professional arrangements like this usually have layers of insulation. But he knows the chain, or at least parts of it. He knows who reached out, who brokered the deal, and who stands to benefit from my death." Harry's expression was thoughtful. "And when a man is in constant pain with no hope of relief, when his pride is destroyed and his future is gone, he might decide that if he's going down, he's taking everyone involved with him."

"That's a lot of assumptions," Narcissa said carefully, though she saw the logic.

"It is. I'll be the first to admit that. But it's educated guesswork based on everything I know about men like Dolohov. I've studied him, watched him, analyzed how he thinks and reacts." Harry met each of their gazes in turn. "I could be wrong. He might just find a hole to crawl into and die quietly. But I don't think he will. His pride won't let him. He'll want someone to pay, and he can't reach me effectively anymore."

"So he'll reach for whoever he can," Clarisse said slowly. "Whoever put him in this position in the first place."

"Exactly. And when he does, we'll learn who's been working against me. Who wanted me dead badly enough to hire an assassin. That's information worth having, even if it comes at the cost of letting Dolohov live a bit longer."

The room fell silent as the three women processed this. Harry could see them working through the logic, the risks, and the potential rewards.

Finally, Amelia spoke. "And if he comes after you again instead? If pain and desperation drive him to make one last attempt?"

Harry's expression turned feral, and that predatory look made all three women catch their breath. "Then I hope he does. Because this time, there won't be anything left of him to scrape off the floor. No clever curses, no strategic thinking. Just complete and utter annihilation. I'll make what I did to him in that house look like mercy."

The raw violence in his voice, the absolute certainty of it, sent shivers through all three women. This was Harry without the civilized mask, without the restraints of propriety or politics. This was the predator that lurked beneath the noble lord's exterior, and it was magnificent and terrifying in equal measure.

Clarisse was the first to move. She slid from the arm of the chair into his lap with grace, straddling him smoothly. "You know," she purred, her silver eyes glowing with desire and lust, "hearing you talk like that is incredibly arousing."

"Is it now?" Harry's hands found her waist automatically, his fingers pressing into the soft fabric of her dress.

"Oh yes." Clarisse's fingers traced along his jaw, her touch light and teasing. "All that controlled violence, that calculating ruthlessness. It reminds me why I submitted to you in the first place. Why I belong to you now."

"Clarisse has a point," Narcissa said, her voice dropping to a husky purr. "Today is our last day together before you leave. It would be such a shame to waste it talking about Dolohov and his inevitable destruction."

"What would you rather do?" Harry asked, though the growing hardness beneath Clarisse made his thoughts abundantly clear.

"I think you know." Clarisse ground down against him slowly, knowingly. "I want one last time together. Something to remember during all those lonely nights until you return."

Amelia stood, moving closer to them. "I'm not opposed to that plan. After all the stress and politics, some pleasure seems appropriate."

"Four of us," Narcissa mused, rising as well. "We could make it quite memorable."

"Are you suggesting what I think you're suggesting?" Harry asked, his hands tightening on Clarisse's hips.

"I'm suggesting we take this upstairs and give each other a proper goodbye," Clarisse said bluntly. "No holding back. No restraint. Just pleasure and passion and everything we can give each other before you have to leave."

Harry looked at each of them in turn. Clarisse on his lap, silver eyes blazing with desire. Narcissa standing nearby, elegant and poised but with heat in her gaze. Amelia watching with undisguised interest, her professional demeanor completely abandoned. Three gorgeous, powerful women who wanted him, who'd chosen him, who were offering themselves completely.

"Bedroom," he said, his voice rough with need. "Now."

Clarisse stood, taking his hand and pulling him up. They made their way upstairs in a tangle of roaming hands and stolen kisses. By the time they reached the master bedroom, Harry's shirt was half unbuttoned and Narcissa's robes were loosened.

"Ground rules," she said, her voice husky with arousal. "No holding back. No restraint. We give each other everything we have. Agreed?"

"Agreed," Clarisse said immediately, her eyes already darkening with lust.

"Works for me," Amelia added, beginning to undo the fastenings of her auror robes.

Harry just smiled, predatory and hungry. "Then come here. All of you."

They converged on him like moths to flame. Clarisse pressed against his front, her fingers finishing the work of unbuttoning his shirt while her mouth found his neck. Narcissa came from behind, her hands sliding around his waist to work at his belt while her lips traced his shoulder blade. Amelia approached from the side, her fingers trailing along his jaw before pulling him into a kiss that was immediately deep and demanding.

The sensation of three pairs of hands on him, three different touches and techniques, was overwhelming in the best possible way. They moved with surprising coordination, each woman knowing instinctively where the others were, where to touch, how to tease.

Clarisse pushed his shirt off his shoulders, her nails raking lightly down his chest and making him hiss with pleasure into Amelia's mouth. Narcissa's hands slid his trousers down his hips, freeing his rapidly hardening cock. Her fingers wrapped around him immediately, stroking and making his hips jerk forward involuntarily.

When Amelia pulled back for breath, Clarisse immediately claimed his mouth. Her kiss was fiercer than Amelia's, more aggressive and demanding. Her veela nature added an extra layer of sensation, warmth and magic that made every touch feel amplified. Harry's hands found the fastenings of her dress, working them open.

Behind him, Narcissa's grip on his cock tightened, her thumb circling the head and spreading the moisture gathering there. "Already so hard," she murmured against his neck. "We've barely started."

"Can you blame me?" Harry managed between kisses with Clarisse. "Three beautiful women intent on having their way with me. What man wouldn't respond?"

"Mmm, good answer." Narcissa's free hand slid around to his front, fingers trailing on his chest before finding his nipple and pinching lightly. The sharp sensation mixed with the pleasure from her other hand created an intoxicating combination that made Harry groan.

Clarisse's dress fell away, revealing smooth pale skin and curves that never failed to make his mouth water. She stepped back just enough to let him appreciate the view, her silver eyes glowing with arousal and satisfaction at his reaction. "Like what you see?"

"Always."

Amelia had finished removing her auror robes and was working on the rest of her clothing. "Stop posing and get on the bed, Clarisse. We don't have all day."

"So impatient," Clarisse teased, but she obeyed, moving to sprawl across the large bed sensually. "Better?"

"Much." Amelia finished undressing and moved to join her, the two women's bodies pressing together as they kissed. It was a sight that made Harry's cock throb with need, watching them together.

Narcissa released him and moved around to face him, her fingers working at the clasps of her own robes. "Help me with this?"

Harry was happy to oblige, his hands making quick work of the fastenings until her robes pooled at her feet. She wore absolutely nothing underneath, and the sight of her naked body never failed to take his breath away. Elegant curves, flawless skin, and blonde hair that seemed to glow in the candlelight.

"Perfect," he murmured, pulling her close for a kiss that was slower, deeper, and more intimate than the frantic passion of moments before.

"Come to bed," Narcissa said against his lips. "They're getting started without us."

Indeed they were. On the bed, Clarisse and Amelia had moved beyond simple kissing. Clarisse was on her back with Amelia between her legs, the redhead's tongue working the veela's glistening folds with enthusiasm. Clarisse's head was thrown back, silver hair spread across the pillows and her hands tangled in Amelia's hair as she ground up against her mouth.

Harry and Narcissa joined them, the bed dipping under their weight. Harry immediately moved to Clarisse's upper body, capturing one of her nipples in his mouth while his hand found the other breast. He sucked hard, his teeth grazing the sensitive flesh just enough to make her gasp.

Narcissa positioned herself over Clarisse's face, guiding the veela's mouth between her legs. Clarisse didn't need further instruction. Her tongue found Narcissa's clit immediately, licking and sucking eagerly.

The room filled with sounds of pleasure. Moans and gasps, the wet sounds of tongues on flesh, and breathless encouragements. Harry worked Clarisse's breasts thoroughly, alternating between gentle and rough, keeping her on edge. Below, Amelia was relentless, her tongue circling Clarisse's clit before dipping inside, then back to the sensitive bundle of nerves.

"Oh fuck," Clarisse gasped against Narcissa's core. "Don't stop, either of you. So close."

Harry bit down on her nipple, hard enough to sting, and that was all it took. Clarisse's orgasm hit hard, her body going rigid as waves of pleasure crashed through her. Her veela fire flared, silver flames dancing along her skin and spreading to touch everyone on the bed. The warmth was intense but not painful, adding sensation to every nerve ending.

Narcissa came moments later, grinding down on Clarisse's face as her own climax peaked. Her hands flew to Harry's shoulders, nails digging into muscle as she rode out the waves.

Amelia pulled back, her lips and chin glistening. "My turn."

They rearranged smoothly, bodies shifting and moving on the bed. Amelia ended up on her back with Harry between her legs, finally giving her his full attention. He didn't tease, didn't make her wait. His tongue found her clit immediately, circling and sucking while two fingers pushed inside her.

Clarisse and Narcissa flanked Amelia, each taking one of her breasts in their mouths. The combined sensation had Amelia writhing within moments, her hips rolling up to meet Harry's mouth.

"Yes," she gasped. "Right there. Don't stop."

Harry had no intention of stopping. He worked her systematically, his tongue maintaining steady pressure on her clit while his fingers curled inside to hit that perfect spot. Clarisse's hand joined his between Amelia's legs, her fingers spreading the redhead's lower lips wider to give Harry better access.

Amelia's orgasm built quickly, tension coiling tighter and tighter in her core. "I'm going to... oh Harry, I'm..."

She came with a cry, her inner walls clenching around Harry's fingers rhythmically. He kept working her through it, his tongue moving as the waves subsided but not stopping entirely, drawing out her pleasure until she was trembling.

When he finally pulled back, his chin was wet and his cock was achingly hard. "Who's next?"

"Me," Narcissa said immediately. "I want you inside me. Now."

Harry moved up her body, positioning himself at her entrance. Their eyes met, and an emotion passed between them. This was different from the frenzy with the others. This was intimate, personal, a connection that went beyond simple physical pleasure.

He pushed inside in one smooth motion, and they both groaned at the sensation. Narcissa was tight and wet around him, her body welcoming him perfectly. Harry started moving immediately, his hips finding a steady rhythm that had her gasping.

Clarisse and Amelia didn't just watch. They positioned themselves on either side, hands roaming over both Harry and Narcissa. Clarisse's fingers found Narcissa's clit, rubbing in circles that matched Harry's thrusts. Amelia leaned down to capture Narcissa's mouth in a deep kiss, swallowing her moans.

"Harder," Narcissa gasped when Amelia released her. "I can take it. Give me everything."

Harry obliged, increasing his pace until the bed was shaking with the force of his thrusts. His hands gripped her hips hard enough to leave marks, using the leverage to drive deeper. The angle was perfect, hitting that spot inside her that made stars explode behind her eyes.

Narcissa's orgasm built rapidly, the combination of Harry inside her, Clarisse's fingers on her clit, and Amelia's mouth on her breasts pushing her closer with each passing second. "Yes, yes, don't stop, I'm so close..."

"Come for me," Harry growled, his control starting to fray. "Let me feel it."

She shattered with a scream, her inner walls clamping down on him like a vice. The sensation nearly pushed Harry over the edge, but he held back through sheer willpower. He kept thrusting through her orgasm, prolonging it until Narcissa was shaking and gasping for breath.

He pulled out before he could finish, his cock slick with her arousal. "Clarisse, on your hands and knees."

The veela moved immediately, positioning herself in the center of the bed. She looked back over her shoulder, her silver eyes glowing with anticipation. "Don't hold back. I want to feel you for days."

Harry positioned himself behind her, his hands gripping her hips. He pushed inside in one hard thrust that made them both groan. From this angle he could go deeper, could feel every inch of her hot channel wrapped around him.

He set a punishing pace immediately, his hips slapping against her ass with each thrust. Clarisse pushed back to meet him, taking him as deep as possible. Her veela fire flared again, silver flames wrapping around them both and intensifying every sensation.

Narcissa and Amelia moved to either side of Clarisse. Narcissa slid beneath her, positioning herself so Clarisse's face was between her legs. Amelia pressed against Clarisse's side, her hand sliding between the veela's legs to find her clit.

Clarisse's tongue found Narcissa's center eagerly, licking and sucking with enthusiasm despite the pounding she was receiving from behind. Amelia's fingers worked her up in tandem. The dual stimulation had her climbing toward another peak rapidly.

Harry changed his angle slightly, hitting that perfect spot inside her with each thrust. Combined with Amelia's skilled fingers on her clit and the taste of Narcissa on her tongue, it was too much. Clarisse came with a muffled scream against Narcissa's flesh, her body convulsing with pleasure.

The sensation of her inner walls fluttering around him finally pushed Harry over the edge. His orgasm hit hard, waves of intense pleasure crashing through him as he spilled inside her. He kept thrusting through it, riding out every last tremor before finally stilling behind her.

For several moments, the only sound was heavy breathing. Then Harry carefully pulled out and collapsed beside them, his body pleasantly exhausted. Clarisse immediately curled into his side, her head on his chest. Narcissa and Amelia arranged themselves on his other side, creating a tangle of limbs.

"That was perfect," Clarisse murmured contentedly.

"Mmm," Narcissa agreed. "I'm not sure I can move yet."

"Don't need to move," Amelia said, her eyes already drifting closed. "Just need to enjoy this while it lasts."

They lay there in comfortable silence, just breathing in the aftermath. Harry's fingers traced idle patterns on Clarisse's back while his other hand held Narcissa's.

"We should do this again," Clarisse said softly. "All of us together. It's special."

"We will," Harry promised. "This isn't goodbye. Just farewell for now."

"When will you return?" she asked, lifting her head to look at him.

"I don't know exactly. There's business in Britain that needs attention, and now with Dolohov's attack there will be additional complications. But I'll come back as soon as I can."

"See that you do." Clarisse kissed him softly. "I'll miss you, Master."

The word sent a thrill through him even now.

Harry pulled her up for a deeper kiss, pouring everything he felt into it. When they separated, both were breathless.

Time passed too quickly. Eventually they had to rise, to dress, to face the reality of departure. They took turns in the bathroom, cleaning up and making themselves presentable. The intimacy of it, watching each other dress, felt more personal somehow than the sex had been.

Harry dressed slowly, his body pleasantly sore from their activities. He could feel where Narcissa had gripped him, where Clarisse's nails had scored his back, and where Amelia's teeth had marked his shoulder. Each small ache was a reminder, a memory he'd carry with him.

Narcissa and Amelia finished first, both looking perfectly composed despite what they'd just been doing. They went downstairs to oversee the final packing, leaving Harry alone with Clarisse for a few moments.

She watched him button his shirt, her silver eyes soft. "Thank you."

"For what?"

"For everything. For seeing me as more than just a veela caretaker. For making me feel wanted, cherished." Clarisse moved closer, her fingers straightening his collar lovingly. "For giving me something to look forward to."

"You don't need to thank me for that." Harry caught her hands, bringing them to his lips. "You're extraordinary, Clarisse. Any man would be lucky to have you."

"But you're the one who does." She smiled. "Lucky you."

"Lucky me," he agreed.

They made their way downstairs together, Clarisse's hand in his. The entrance hall looked exactly as it had when they'd arrived weeks ago, but everything felt different now. The chateau had been just a building then. Now it felt like a place he belonged, a place he'd return to.

Narcissa and Amelia waited by the fireplace, their traveling cloaks already fastened.

"All set?" Narcissa asked.

"Almost." Harry turned to Clarisse, pulling her close for one last embrace. "Take care of yourself."

"You take care of yourself too. And watch out for Dolohov. I don't care what curse you hit him with, desperate men are dangerous."

"I will be careful. I promise."

"Good." Clarisse kissed each of them softly. "Now go before I decide to keep you here."

Harry squeezed her hand once more, then released her and moved to join Narcissa and Amelia. The three of them took one last look around the chateau, committing it to memory.

Their carriage waited outside. The two aurors loaded their trunks efficiently while they said their final goodbyes.

Harry paused at the door, looking back one last time. Clarisse stood in the entrance hall, framed by warm light from within. She raised a hand in farewell, and he returned the gesture. Then he climbed into the carriage, settling into the plush seats between Narcissa and Amelia.

The aurors closed the door, and moments later they began moving. Harry watched through the window as the chateau grew smaller, eventually disappearing from view.

"Quite a trip," Amelia said after a while, breaking the comfortable silence.

"That's one way to put it," Harry agreed. "Won a tournament, gained allies, made enemies, survived an assassination attempt. Just another ordinary week."

Narcissa laughed softly. "I don't think anything about you could be described as ordinary, Harry."

"Probably not." He settled back in his seat, Narcissa cuddled on one side and Amelia on the other, and let his mind drift to what awaited them in Britain. Bureaucracy, press, and the war that was on the horizon.

But that was tomorrow's problem. Tonight, he was content to simply exist in this moment, surrounded by women he cared about, heading home after a successful tournament. Whatever came next, he'd face it the way he faced everything else.
