I was confused for a moment when I heard an unfamiliar word.

My vision then slowly returns and as soon as my eyes stabilize a blade is already on its way to my neck. Adrenaline suddenly pumped in due to the situation and my spear was suddenly summoned. Using my spear's shaft I blocked the scythe's blade however it wasn't the end. The symbols on the archbishop's weapon glow again and a wave of blood came crashing at me.
