I looked around the dark space around me, wondering what I was supposed to do.
I'm pretty sure I got pulled into the orb earlier but I would have thought there would be machines and circuits inside it, not a hollow black room…
Umm… Do I need to do something here? The voice asked me for help didn't it? What kind of help does it need from me?
Wait… Maybe it needs me to hack the AI again?
Just as I was thinking of activating my Codex again, I felt something push itself against my chest and I instinctively tried to smack it away until I realised it was one of those black tendrils.
"Alright… I'm here, what do you need from me?" I asked the tendril.
A small bulb of light appeared on the tip, illuminating the dark space I was in. Which honestly didn't really do much since it really looked like I was in an infinite black room and I could only see the area around me.
The voice came once again, "Trust… Me?"
