The thrusters on Thanatos roared to life, spewing blue flames as they propelled the hulking metal suit into the air at supersonic speed. Yinuo didn't waste a moment. She aimed her rifle forward, her movements seamless, and squeezed the trigger.

A burst of bullets tore through the air, each seemingly guided by an unseen force. They homed in on the Echoes, striking with unerring precision. One bullet, one kill—each round pierced through the monsters' grotesque heads, dropping them instantly.
She repeated the motion, bursts of fire erupting as she pressed and released the trigger, taking down three Echoes with every volley. "I should've brought piercing bullets!" she muttered in frustration, realizing too late that her hollow points lacked penetration.
But her trigger-happy streak didn't last long.
