Adam was momentarily unaware that the sky above had been suddenly dotted by countless arrows.
But he could, however, feel the strong tension in the air, the faint vibrations traveling across the ground as the army shifted ever so slightly.
And it wasn't long before his Sphere of Resonance picked up on the expansive volley of arrows.
He didn't make his move yet, though. He stood by the command tent with Goro and the other top officers. He could feel that they all wore dark, grim looks on their faces.
War, he mused.
This wasn't his first time participating in one. He had fought in a war back in the Southern Federation. A war that took place between the four great races and the orcs.
Come to think of it…
His lips curled into a bitter smile as he thought, I was indirectly responsible for that war as well.
