Distant because they lie outside the world, and close because this danger was triggered by himself.
"So my existence itself is a danger?" Wang Linchi couldn't help but quip, thinking it seems quite normal.
Even though he's become a so-called member of the Divine Clan, he is essentially still a Metahuman, and within the world. So it's quite normal for superpowers to determine him as a danger source, prompting him away from the danger.
As for being a danger to himself, that's another matter; in any case, the superpower only determines whether there's a danger.
