After Earth's top powerhouses returned to the Tower of Eternity, the people of the Yongming Star System stopped their incessant meddling and collectively retreated.
However, they were not forced to retreat. Rather, they felt that their objectives had been achieved rather well this time and withdrew contentedly.
"This time, with the SS-level Disaster and our strong attacks and destruction, Earth's population has been reduced by at least half. At least a third of the fifth-transition powerhouses have died as well. We've severely weakened them."
"Though our arrangements on Earth have been mostly destroyed too, this assault was worth it. Earthlings won't be capable of doing much at all for the next decade."
