Chapter 5 - Chapter 4 : Primordial of Yellow and Hero of Lightspeed (Part 1)

(Alexander Point Of View)

My time within the {Tower of Babel} was a crucible of challenges and transformation.

The trials were brutal, pushing me to the very limits of my endurance, both physically and spiritually.

The scars I've acquired, both seen and unseen, bear witness to the battles fought within its depths.

Yet, amidst these hardships, the Tower offered me glimpses into entire worlds of unparalleled experiences.

After all, it was a place where stories converged, and perspectives intermingled, both Divine and Mortal alike.

Amidst those hardships, I encountered a myriad of cultures, people, and phenomena that continue to captivate me to this very day.

One of the many significant aspects the Tower introduced me to was the wonders of magic—an art both captivating yet paradoxically repulsive.

One memory that still echoes in my mind was the joyous moment of creating my very first fireball, a testament to my growth that helped push me to go further back when I had nothing but hope for a better tomorrow.

Back then, as a reward for completing the third level of the tower, I was offered the chance to choose a starting magic for myself.

Though eventually, I was forced by the {system} to adopt [Rune magic] as my starting magic due to my initial limitations.

My low mana reserves and inadequate control left me with little choice. Initially, I harbored reservations.

Yet, as years unfolded, I came to realize the immense potential and versatility of [Rune magic], unlocking a world of possibilities that had once eluded me. Something that once again I was infinitely grateful for.

First, I used an [Aegishield Rune] as the cornerstone of the protective barrier I was working on. It was a rune that symbolized defense and resilience. I made sure to inscribe this rune at key points around the village to form the foundation of the magical shield.

Then, I used an [Eolande's Veil] Rune. This intricate symbol, associated with concealment and illusion, shrouded the village in a mystical mist. Not only did it protect the villagers from physical harm, but it also obscured the village from the eyes of potential invaders.

Finally, I used a [Harmony Rune] to ensure that the barrier didn't inadvertently harm any innocent beings. This rune promoted balance within the magical shield, allowing only those with pure intentions to enter while repelling malicious entities.

After meticulously inscribing these runes in a sacred ritual, I activated the Warding Runes.

A shimmering barrier enveloped the village, blending the physical and magical realms. The runes worked in harmony, creating an impenetrable shield that safeguarded Rulid and its inhabitants from danger.

As the first light of dawn painted the horizon with hues of pink and gold, I stood at the outskirts of the village, facing the dense foliage of the El Dorado forest.

The villagers, emerging from their homes with curiosity, witnessed the enchanting display. Turning around to face the gathered villagers, I spoke, my voice carrying a calm assurance.

"Good people of this village, the magical barrier is complete. It will shield you from external threats and ensure your safety. But my journey continues, and I must leave."

A murmur of surprise and gratitude rippled through the crowd as they looked at the magical barrier with awe. "In one hour, I will depart. During my time here, you've been the greatest company I had in years. I owed you a debt, and I've tried my best to repay it. Now, I must venture forth."

Some villagers exchanged glances, a mix of understanding and sadness in their eyes. "But fear not, for the barrier will remain, a testament to our shared bond. I leave you with protection, and I trust you to continue building the strength of this village."

As my gaze swept across the faces of the villagers, I saw gratitude, respect, and perhaps a hint of sorrow. With a final nod, I walked away from the village, leaving the shimmering barrier as a parting gift.

The magical enchantment continued to radiate its protective aura, even as I embarked on the next chapter of my journey.

As I slowly started walking away from the village, the gratitude of the villagers manifested in a heartfelt display. The villagers, young and old, approached me with sincere expressions of thanks, their voices a chorus of appreciation.

"Thank you, Sir Alexander!" exclaimed an elderly woman with tears in her eyes. She held my hands, conveying a warmth that transcended words. "You've protected us, and we won't forget it," said a young man, his admiration evident in his voice.

Children, wide-eyed and curious, gathered around me. Some handed me simple tokens—a handcrafted trinket, a bouquet of wildflowers—as gestures of gratitude. A group of villagers collectively bowed to me, their unified appreciation echoed in the quiet morning air.

"You've been our shield in these last three months," said the village chief, an old man with gray hair, his voice filled with solemn appreciation. "We owe you more than words can express, and for that, we are eternally grateful."

The villagers continued to express their thanks, their voices blending into a melodic symphony of gratitude. Even those who had been initially skeptical of my arrival found themselves won over by my actions and commitment.

As I looked back at the village, I felt a mix of emotions—fulfillment and a tinge of melancholy. The bond forged during my time in the village had left an enduring mark, and the villagers' heartfelt expressions of thanks became a cherished memory.

With a final wave and a grateful smile, I ventured into the unknown.

Vimana: Throne of the Heaven-Soaring King was one of the most unique items in my possession. While my [True Crimson Dragon Emperor] form allows me to travel faster than the speed of light, especially in my [True Crimson Dragon Emperor: Speed mode], the Vimana enables me to travel at the speed of thought, and it looks pretty cool.

Powered by solar crystals and rutilated quartz crystals, it burns mercury as fuel to bypass the laws of physics, allowing it to achieve impossible speeds.

This flying contraption has been passed down from Babylon to India and is immortalized in the two epic sagas, Ramayana, and Mahabharata. The Vimana, as recounted, is a golden and emerald ark loaded with a variety of weapons, ranging from ancient machine guns to ancient nuclear warheads.

It is equipped with optical camouflage, stealth functions, communication interception, laser beams, and even biological weapons.

At least, those are the functions I have managed to decipher.

No disrespect to the original creator, but it feels as if a five-year-old came up with the design, filling it with every cool feature imaginable. Consequently, it's no wonder this incredible ark costs a fortune.

Despite the awe-inspiring capabilities of the Vimana, a stroke of terrible luck befell it during a fateful encounter on level 65 of the Dungeon when facing Bahamut.

Though suffering severe damage during this confrontation with Bahamut, the Vimana endured. Defeating Bahamut at level 65 and after unlocking [Diablo Dragon God], I chose not to repair it immediately. The escalating difficulty of Bosses and depleting resources influenced my decision.

Upon arriving in this new world, one of my first priorities was to facilitate Vimana's self-repair mechanism by infusing it with magical power. While mindful of my condition and the desire to remain discreet, I provided enough mana for its gradual restoration, preparing for future use when the need arose.

Amidst the quiet hum of Vimana's engines, Ddraig and I floated in camouflage mode above one of the hell gates near the capital. The golden city sprawled beneath us, its lights flickering like distant stars in the night.

I gazed out of Vimana's emerald control panel, the question burning in my mind. Turning to Ddraig, I couldn't help but voice my thoughts.

"Hey, Ddraig, I've been meaning to ask. Why do we need to use Vimana now ? It's not fully repaired, and announcing our presence in this way seems a bit... extravagant."

Ddraig: "As the Red Dragon Emperor, we must make our presence known in a way befitting our title. It's about asserting dominance and making a statement."

I sighed, recognizing the familiarity of those words. "You're still traumatized by what the other you went through, aren't you? Being called the Breast Dragon Emperor really got to you."

Ddraig remained silent, but I could feel a subtle shiver in the dragon's essence. The memory of that humiliating title lingered as a wound to Ddraig's pride.

"How are we going to do this, then ?" Ddraig finally asked, the curiosity in his tone not masking the unease.

A mischievous glint flashed in my eyes. "I have an idea. Let me try something I've been working on—[Heroic Haki] , a sub-skill of [Valor] . It should make quite an impact."

Ddraig's interest piqued, though he remained cautious. "[Heroic Haki] , huh? Give it a shot, but be careful. We don't want to draw too much attention; remember, your soul is still quite injured."

Nodding, I closed my eyes, focusing on activating [Heroic Haki] . As I did, an invisible force began to emanate from me, a pulsating aura that expanded in waves. The very air around us quivered with the intensity of this newfound power.

The aura's reach extended far beyond Vimana, enveloping the entire El Dorado region.

The ground trembled, and the air crackled with energy. The sky was bathed in all the colors of the morning dawn. The demons lurking beneath felt the overwhelming force, unable to withstand the sheer might of my presence.

Despite my attempts to limit the extent of my aura, the sheer potency of [Heroic Haki] tore through the fabric of space itself. Various structures crumbled, and the hell gate quaked under the immense pressure.

Ddraig's voice resonated in Alexander's mind. "Easy there, partner. You're shaking not only El Dorado but the very foundations of this planet itself."

A wry smile tugged at my lips as I gradually reined in the unleashed power. "Well, if we're going to announce our presence, might as well make it memorable, right?"

As the tremors subsided, a newfound confidence flickered in Ddraig's essence. "You might be onto something, Alexander. Let's see how they react to the Red Dragon Emperor's presence."
