What is this pirate crew even made of to have this High bounty just as their opening."

Now in 1518 of the Nautical calendar, Trafalgar.D. law has not yet sailed the Grand line.
He was just wandering the streets of swallow Island with Beppo.
Law was startled by the news , and said hastily, "Beppo, bring me the newspapeto take have a look."
Law, who was already planning to go to the grand line, now heard that there was a group of powerful rookie pirates, in it .

Law understood the significance of combat strength after witnessing the power of the King's Pirates. His debut bounty of 100 million Berry's was enough to deter many small time pirates in interfering his plans and makes for easy recruitment for his fleet.
Beppo, witnessing Law's determination, decided to follow his lead. Law had saved his life , so it was only fair to give away his life in order to help law live his dream.
As they made their way toward the coast, they spotted a pirate crew docking.
"Ah! Law, that's the King's Pirates flag!" Beppo exclaimed in shock.

"What should we do? Should we escape? It won't be good if they started a ruckus here!"
They had just read a report about the king's Pirates, and now they were seeing them - a pirate crew with four bounties! Their captain Luca even had a bounty of 100 million Berry's.
Sweat started forming on Law's forehead. Despite his confidence, facing them head-on wasn't the wisest choice.
He quickly decided, "Let's go, Beppo. We should not involve ourselves with the king's pirates buisness right now ."
On the bow deck of the king's Pirates.
Lafitte: "Captain, it looks like our target is about to flee, Leave it to me I will handle it!"
At this critical moment, Lafitte stood up without any hesitation he wanted to prove to his captain his strength again.
"Lafitte, step back! It's not so easy to get rid he has the ope ope no mi Devi fruit, something that the world government offered 5 billion Berry's for."
Luo Chen said calmly.
Lafitte is powerful stronger than the current Law. Even if the current law is still very young and doesn't has that much fighting experience, but he stayed with Dofi for sometime and he knows how to use his devil fruit .
The ability of his devil fruit is tricky and hard to guard against!
Lafitte wanted to quickly win against Law, but it was not that simple at all.
When Luca spoke.
Everyone knew that the captain was planning to do it himself.

In Bashas' view, If Captain Luca took action himself.
Than that means that no matter what kind of person he is or what kind of power he has, he can't escape Captain Luca's grasp.
Trafalgar and Beppo didn't even know that the pirate captain Luca himself had made a move against him, even if law wanted to avoid trouble, looks like he can't avoid it after all.
Law used his devil fruit ability to speed up his escape with Beppo.
Luca's observation Haki was basically locked on the two of them through out the whole process. And was monitoring the whole process
Luca's whole body twisted.
And in less than a second a distortion in space occurred, and Luca's figure disappeared in it .
"I still get can't comprehend captain Luca and his devil fruit abilities limits."
"Haha! It's too strong, Captain Luca is just too strong, "
This move made the entire Luca Pirates feel as if they had been drowned with cold water, and made them awake.
Trafalgar law and Beppo disappeared and appeared, and after disappearing and reappearing, with two stones changing places with theirs.
Suddenly their pupils widened.
Law stopped abruptly and gave his all in remaining still but it failed and he fell in front of Luca's feet with Beppo
Beppo seeing Luca's figure was scared out of his fur.
