6:02 pm the sun was setting, the sky got darker with each and every passing moment. Who would think that meeting on a bridge during that hour makes sense? The bridge by itself was like honey and the rumours around it were ants. Some say that the bridge was cursed from a sea monster, others say that the structure of the bridge was the reason why many people went missing with no trace left behind. Auretta is in her bedroom, getting ready to meet her friends who had ghosted her for nearly 4 months. They gave her no replies nor texts for the past months, yet they specifically requested their meeting place to be the infamous red bridge. Why would they suddenly invite her to meet up?
As she brushed her long dark red hair Auretta thought to herself,
"At this hour, huh?" she chuckled. "Do they really think that I'm just some pathetic sheep who'd still go even with the signs of red flags?" she bursted into laughter. "Yes, yes I am" she said as she grabbed her pocket knife and placed it in her clear phone case.
For her, life without risks is like a tree with no leaves, it has no colour, especially when she was being treated like an object by her own mother.
She raised her head and gazed upon the mirror infront of her. Then, she put on her usual innocent and nonchalant expression, as she had always done so in front of other people.

After arriving at the bridge, she saw her friend, a blue eyed blonde with certainly noticeable bright blue blouse and black leggings. A gentle yet manipulative smile appeared on the blonde's face, her name's Megan.
"Long time no see Auretta" Megan said with a forced menacing tone.
Auretta laughed, "You're trying too hard to be scary"
Megan chuckled in response. After a while, Auretta noticed that her other friends, Lucy and Tammy were not there. Usually, they're all together as a group no matter where they are.
Not too long after, she sensed a feeling, an aura, an evil one right behind her. Auretta had a special ability, she could feel the auras and the intentions of people. However, she had wished that she hadn't had it as it had made her suffer more than it had benifitted her.
In the blink of an eye, Auretta spinned and was about to hook kick the threat until...
"Tammy and Lucy?!" Auretta thought to herself, before pausing her leg from trying to kick them. Bright blonde hair, hot pink bandana, deep brown eyes and lime green bowtie, green cardigan and short black hair... they were definitely Tammy and Lucy. "Them?! Really?!... What do they want from me?" Auretta was rather confused as the source of the awful aura was from Lucy, the short innocent girl who never had any bad aura coming from her.
"Haha, calm down Auretta," Tammy put on a smile and greeted Auretta. "It is just us, see? No biggie!"
Behind Tammy was Lucy, acting shy and pure as always. Her doe eyes looked at Auretta, they were filled with innocence and cuteness. Both Megan and Tammy's auras were quite strange, nonetheless their auras were still tame and bearable. However, Lucy's aura was telling a different story, anger, her desire for vengeance and deep hatred towards someone was almost overwhelming even for Auretta, someone who had felt auras ever since she was 10.
"She's right!" Lucy peaked behind Tammy's back. "We're harmless people! Especially when it comes to you!" her soft voice irritates Auretta.
"You're right. My bad, I shouldn't have been so wary." Auretta said with a small fake laugh. "Just out of curiousity, what were you guys doing for the past 4 months?"
All 3 of them stopped smiling for a good second together and returned back to their original expressions. "About that..." Tammy was about to answer when Megan interrupted her. "We were abroad to handle some... business."
"I understand," Auretta replied. "So what's our plan for today?"
Lucy's smile widened, "How about a nice picture with us over there for the reunion?" She pointed to the edge of the bridge. "It's been a while, right? We should remember this meeting through a photo."
Auretta nodded in a bit of doubt, but trusted Lucy as the only thing out of place there was Lucy's aura. She then posed between Megan and Tammy who were beside her at the moment. Lucy took out her phone and held it out infront of her.
"3..2..1.. ACTION!" Lucy shouted.
Action? What does that mean? Auretta looked at Lucy grinning hapily.
All of a sudden both Tammy and Megan grabbed Auretta's arms and covered her mouth.
"MMMMM..?!" Auretta struggled, trying to escape from their grasp. It was in fact useless due to Auretta's weak and skinny body caused by only eating once every 2 days.
Lucy let out a wicked laugh, one that would usually show up on films as the villain. The air around her changed, she was no longer the kind-hearted Lucy Auretta knew, just a shell of body with desire for revenge.
"Hey Auretta, don't take this personal, okay? We're just doing business here." Lucy snapped her fingers and so both Megan and Tammy threw Auretta down the bridge.
"AHHHHHHHH!!" Auretta screamed as she was in the air. However, knowing that it probably wouldn't save her Auretta stopped screaming. Reminiscing how the people who used to care for her has turned their backs againsts her.
As she hit the waters down below, her vision got blurry from the impact of the 30 meter drop. She sank deeper into the waters and closed her eyes knowing that she was then able to rest in peace.
