Chapter 263 - Chapter 259:- Plan For Rei's Date

In a vast, dimly lit room hidden beneath layers of reinforced steel and cloaked tech, glowing holograms cast ghostly blue light across the faces of the gathered villains. Maps of the world hovered in the air, dotted with flashing red targets.

Digital blueprints of cities, encrypted codes, and schematics for infrastructure failures floated between them like phantoms of destruction.

At the center of it all stood Noir, poised and cold, his hands calmly folded behind his back. His presence demanded silence, and silence he received.

Around the long, obsidian conference table sat some of the most dangerous minds on the planet—Razor, Cipher, Grudge—and seven more figures joining via secure holographic feeds from across the globe. These were no petty criminals. They were strategists. Monsters. Revolutionaries.

Noir's voice rang out, low and controlled. "Phase One begins in forty-eight hours." With a flick of his hand, the map of the United States flared to life, specific zones in red pulsing ominously.

Cipher, zoomed in. His fingers danced across the virtual surface, highlighting cities one by one. "New York. Los Angeles. Chicago. Washington. Four strikes. Four disruptions.

We hit their power grids first—plunge them into darkness. Then satellite relays. No comms. Then their emergency response units. Leave them deaf and blind."

Razor grinned as he ran a whetstone down the length of his serrated blade, the sound like a whispering scream. "That's when the real pain begins. We blow up financial sectors. Bombs in hospitals.

Our insider will fry the Federal Reserve's core database. They won't just bleed… they'll suffocate in confusion. Fear will be their new god."

Grudge chuckled, a deep, sickly sound. "They'll think the end of the world's come. That their flags and armies mean nothing. We'll take everything they think is safe… and bury it in ash."

Noir's voice sliced through the air like glass. "While America burns, we begin Phase Two. Europe and Africa."

The projection shifted. Berlin's glowing infrastructure flickered and died before their eyes. "Berlin's central servers collapse. Commerce ceases. In Johannesburg, we leak a pathogen—not deadly, but terrifying. Civil panic will do the rest."

A new hologram blinked into existence—an Eastern syndicate leader. Her voice was soft, her words surgical.

"Asia is aligned. Japan. China. South Korea. All during rush hour. We'll bring down trains, airports, and highways. All perfectly timed. No response. No recovery."

Cipher looked around at the others, a smirk on his face. "It's all linked. Every country a domino. They'll fall, one after another. No pause. No chance to catch their breath."

Noir's eyes narrowed, absorbing the orchestration of terror before him. Then he gave a slow, affirming nod. "And when they're drowning in chaos…"

He looked up, his voice a whisper of finality.

"…we make our move."

While on the other hand, Izuku's home was quiet under the night sky. A soft click echoed from the back door as the real Izuku stepped inside, a towel slung over his shoulder.

There was a tiny bloodstain on his neck, which he wiped off quickly with a wet cloth before hiding it away. As he moved into the hallway, his clone was already there, standing silently with a smirk.

"No one noticed I'm a clone," the clone said casually. "Neither the girls, nor the camera hovering outside."

Izuku nodded, placing a hand on his clone's shoulder with gratitude in his eyes. "Thanks," he said softly. "You've done more than enough. Stay on guard, and let me know if anything happens."

The clone smiled, gave a playful salute, and vanished into a soft blue shimmer, leaving the real Izuku to walk forward into the warmth of the house.

Steam rose gently from the large bath a few minutes later. The room smelled faintly of jasmine, and the peaceful sounds of soft giggles and splashing water filled the space.

Izuku sank into the bath with a quiet sigh, letting the warmth soothe his tired body. He closed his eyes for a moment, and when he opened them, Momo was leaning against his shoulder.

Across from them, Fuyumi sat with her hair tied back, gently pouring water over Eri's head. Rei sat beside her, softly humming a tune, while she cleaned Eri of the dirt she had on her from playing.

While Kaina lounged at the edge, her legs dipped into the water, eyes closed in calm. And Maki took Izuku's other shoulder feeling peace in my embrace.

Rei leaned in near Eri's ear as she said something which made Eri giggle, catching sight of Izuku, as she said, "Big Brother! You didn't invite me for the bath! That's not fair."

Izuku chuckled, flashing her a warm grin. "Sorry, darling, I totally forgot. But I'm here now."

Maki floated over, resting her chin on the bath's edge beside him, her eyes teasing. "I swear, it seems like you have a secret lover you keep disappearing for. First, you're bathing all alone… then someday, we might just get a surprise new sister trying to be Eri's new mother or big sister."

He laughed lightly at the joke. "Wouldn't that be crazy… with all of you already keeping me on my toes?"

The room filled with soft laughter. The warmth in the air wasn't just from the bath—it came from the bond they shared, the love that wrapped around them like a soft blanket.

Fuyumi gently cupped water and rinsed the last bit of soap from Eri's hair. "All done, little lady," she said with a smile.

Rei rose gracefully from the bath and wrapped Eri in a soft towel, guiding her out of the room. "Come on, princess," she said softly. "Let's get you dressed."

"Don't start the fun without me!" Eri chirped happily as the door closed behind them.

Izuku looked around at the remaining girls, his expression growing thoughtful. He lowered his voice slightly and said, "I'm planning something… a surprise."

Momo tilted her head. "For Eri?"

He shook his head with a small smile. "No. For Rei."

That caught their attention. They all leaned in, curious.

"I've taken each of you on dates," he continued, his voice gentle and sincere. "Made you feel happy. And just like that, I want to take Rei too. I can see it in her eyes. She wants some alone time with me, but she's not saying anything, or isn't able to tell.

Maybe it's because of her age, maybe she feels ashamed to ask. But I won't let her feel left out. I don't want her to think she's being neglected. Not for a second."

His eyes softened as he looked at them.

"Since everything is so peaceful right now… I think this is the best time to take her. She always said she wanted to visit the US, remember?"

Fuyumi nodded slowly, a smile forming across her lips.

"I'm going to take her, infact all of you." Izuku said with determination. "I'll be spending time with her. Just me and her. A proper date. A real one. While you guys can travel and explore around. But I need your help."

Kaina smirked, raising an eyebrow. "To keep it secret?"

He nodded. "Exactly. Don't let her suspect anything. I want her to have the time of her life."

Momo clasped her hands together. "She'll cry happy tears," she said softly. "You know that, right?"

Fuyumi looked down at the water, her voice filled with emotion. "I'll help," she whispered. "I'll do anything… to make sure she smiles. Mom deserves that.

I don't even remember when mom was the last time she given the attention and care she craved. As you know my dad was just a dick with her."

Maki stretched her arms lazily behind her head. "And what about us? What roles do we play?"

Izuku grinned. "The roles of secret keepers, afterall it's going to be you guys who will make sure Rei doesn't find out anything, not to forget Eri as well, afterall with her around I can't go all out. You know what I'm saying right?"

They exchanged glances, excitement sparkling in their eyes.

Kaina raised an eyebrow again. "An international trip, huh? Gotta pack the big rifles then."

They all laughed, the bath settling into a peaceful silence. The water gently rippled as each of them leaned back, content. But as the camera lingered on Izuku's face, his calm smile didn't hide the storm quietly brewing behind his eyes.

Elsewhere, at the same time, in a dimly lit parking garage, Izuku moved silently. He wore a hoodie, his hands tucked into his pockets.

The shadows clung to the pillars as he stepped behind one, where another man was already waiting. The man's hood was pulled low, voice casual but tense.

"You said to gather everything," the man said. "I did. You'll keep your end of the deal, right?"

"I will," Izuku replied calmly. "Don't worry about that. And stop telling me the same thing again and again. I'm a man of my words, if I have promised you something you will get it."

The man handed him a small device. "Blueprints, locations, times. Everything. The syndicates. Their connections. Their supply routes. It's all here."

Izuku took it, his eyes scanning the data quickly. His face darkened.

"They're targeting children's hospitals… and refugee centers," he muttered.

"They want fear," the man replied. "Real, unfiltered fear."

He took a step back, glancing around nervously. "I gave you everything. You just… keep your word."

"I will," Izuku said, his voice steady. "When this is over… I'll fulfill my end of the deal, and this is the last time I'm saying, stop saying the same thing again and again, I don't suffer from memory loss."

The man chuckled bitterly. "He thinks I'm a fool. A spoiled brat. Every time I poke around, he laughs it off. Thinks I'm just throwing tantrums."

"Let him think that," Izuku said sharply. "Just make sure you don't get caught. Keep feeding me everything. Every move. Every whisper."

The man gave a tight nod. "Don't worry. He won't suspect a thing."

Izuku stepped forward, resting a firm hand on the man's shoulder. "If you get caught… I can't protect you."

The man looked him in the eyes. "I know. But if this works… it'll be worth it."

"It will work," Izuku said softly.

Then he vanished back into the shadows, his mind racing.

The world didn't know it yet… but war had already begun.

And Izuku Midoriya stood right at the heart of it.
