A week later, the relationship between Rhena and Steve had grown close. They now shared the same bed, like a couple.
Rhena also noticed that as she consumed more female human blood, her appearance became increasingly human. Her monster traits, like the stinger on her head, had significantly reduced in size, and her limbs were gradually transforming into human hands and feet.
Of course, she only stole tiny droplets of blood from females in other cities since she knew Steve would get angry if she killed someone.
In the afternoon, Steve was playing a video game when his alarm clock suddenly rang. His eyebrows furrowed as he paused the game and glanced at the clock.
The ringing clock would mean that an intruder is approaching his apartment.
Steve swiftly dispatched one of his mosquitoes to the area, then resumed playing the game. The mosquito, on its journey, spotted the intruders and promptly sent a signal to Steve's brain. Upon receiving the signal, Steve instantly shared his vision with the mosquito.
"Personnel from the Hero Association... They seem to be in a hurry," as he said that, Steve quickly got the idea of what's happening.
A second later, Steve's special phone rang, and he swiftly picked it up, answering, "Hello?"
"Hello Steve. The Hero Association is calling all of S-class; they need to attend this meeting. It's an emergency!" the voice on the phone urgently conveyed.
Steve frowned, realizing he was correct.
The two personnel, a woman and a man, finally reached the door of Steve's apartment room. They two knocked before resting after a long run.
There was no response, but a second later, Steve opened the door, now wearing a white hoodie and matching pants.
"You don't have to tell me about it," Steve said. After saying that, he closed the door from outside and leaped up towards City-A.
The two looked at each other, speechless. After a moment, the woman exclaimed, "He's so handsome!"

At the Hero Association Headquarters, Steve landed at the entrance gate without anyone stopping him. He hurried towards the main room, asking people for directions along the way.
Upon arriving, Steve surveyed the room and approached a guy with a big nose, asking, "Am I the first one to arrive?"
Sitch quickly replied, "Yes, please sit down."
Steve could hear the tense tone of the guy. He didn't bother asking about what's going on since he already knew.
Sometime later, many S-class heroes had arrived, including Genos with Saitama.
King wasn't here, so Steve just thought that he wasn't lucky this time.
Steve also took a few glances at Tatsumaki, feeling a bit jealous as he saw her flying towards her seat. Copying that power was one of his goals.
"Since most of you are finally here, I will start."
The meeting was all about Shibabawa's prediction, indicating that Earth was in significant trouble, and it would unfold within this year.
Lower S-rank expressions tensed slightly upon hearing this, while the higher-ranked heroes remained indifferent.
As the meeting neared its end, the entire headquarters building was suddenly attacked, shaking the entire structure.
All the S-ranks quickly ran towards the exit to confront the intruder when suddenly, another attack caused the whole building to shake again.
Steve didn't head for the exit; instead, he punched through a wall, creating a large hole. He immediately jumped through it and landed outside.
"Damn... This is bigger than I thought," he said, gazing at the colossal spaceship floating above the entire city.
While observing, Steve suddenly spotted a figure rushing up towards the ship at lightning speed. With his superhuman eyes, he already knew that the figure was Saitama.
"Should I destroy the ship first or fight Boros first?"
In the end, Steve decided to prioritize destroying the ship first.
He quickly jumped towards the ship with full power, destroying the ground he was standing on before.
Upon landing on the ship, it immediately shook and almost flipped.
Steve didn't wait for it to launch any attacks and delivered a barrage of punches. Each punch generated large and powerful shockwaves, hitting the ship and destroying significant portions of it.
He was about to launch another attack when he heard a deep voice beside him.
"It seems that my visit to this planet was worth it."
