The moonlight was like water, gently sprinkling over the small courtyard where Lin Dong and Sister Bai Jue were.
Qiao Bing had already left, leaving this place to Lin Dong and Sister Bai Jue alone.
Lin Dong gently embraced Sister Bai Jue, feeling her slightly swollen stomach where the fruit of their love was being nurtured.
The little one inside would occasionally move gently, seemingly interacting with Lin Dong, causing Sister Bai Jue to giggle softly.
"This little one is definitely going to be a mischievous rascal in the future," Lin Dong said with a smile, as he traced circles on Sister Bai Jue's stomach with his fingers.
Sister Bai Jue leaned in Lin Dong's arms, a happy smile filling her face: "A bit of mischief is good; this way they'll be healthier both in mind and body."
The two of them talked back and forth, sharing their visions of the future, from the child's name to their growth; every topic was filled with sweetness.
