--~--~...
If you are reading this,
That means the plan is already set in motion.
This is Fiend Kaiser's coded message.
I am writing in binary code to make sure Raum didn't get my message.
After all, this kind of code isn't normally used anymore, as opposed to other types of languages.
There are 4 phases toward the Raum Subjugation Plan.
Phase 1: Lure
Raum will teleport the Leviathan and Merfolk army from Christmas Island.
Reason: She will try to inflict as much fear as possible in order to gain the maximum amount of advantage, considering her "Cheat Skill" is related to fear.
Hence, it is imperative to finish the first wave as fast as possible and make sure Raum descends in the second wave to lead the army herself.
Reason: If Raum descends together with important figures from the Merfolk or Leviathan, then it will be harder for us to proceed into Phase 2.
In order for Phase 2 to be accomplished, Raum must be isolated.
Phase 2: Isolate
Raum will fight with everything she has when she is isolated. However, when fighting with others, she will be prone to masquerading herself as just a citizen of Demi-Human origin.
Reason: If Raum's status as a Demon Lord Envoy were to be found out, no doubt the war would end abruptly, since everyone would start targeting her instead of us.
Consideration: It is also possible that Raum has used some form of mind control to influence the leaders of the Merfolk and Leviathan army. Or perhaps she didn't. Manipulation is more of her specialty, not mind control, since fear would only appear in cases where a person is not mind-controlled.
In the case where Raum is properly isolated, she will use her full power, which will also reveal her status as a Demon Lord Envoy.
Reason: Isolating Raum will give her a false sense of security that no one is watching.
Therefore, our task is to make sure she gains that sense of security in order to proceed toward Phase 3.
Note:
I will perform Alterity and push her to the limit as much as possible to force her to show her true strength.
End of Note.
Phase 3: Expose
In the case where Raum is isolated and shows her true power—ideally inside my Alterity—
A person from the outside needs to start a video broadcast of what is happening within my Alterity. To do that, I have asked associates to bring a device from United Front capable of livestreaming what happens inside my Alterity.
Once Raum has shown her true colors, I will stall her for as long as I possibly can.
At that moment, I need someone to make sure the quick pathway from United Front to South Jaka is available.
Note:
Perhaps you are confused about where such a pathway is able to make this short jump.
The answer lies within Psytelier's former teleporter.
The Psytelier store exists in United Front as well as in South Jaka; therefore, a teleport spell is possible due to the technology left behind by Suiko. Although it may be quite hard to find the Psytelier store without the help of Carmilla. Therefore, Carmilla is crucial to making this plan work.
End of Note.
After making sure United Front has access to South Jaka, we can be certain that once the public knows Raum is a Demon Lord Envoy, the war between Humanity versus Leviathan and Merfolk will be over in a jiff. Then we can move toward Phase 4.
Phase 4: Destroy
Raum might seem like an average, politician-type Demon Lord, but she has real strength as well and is not all talk. There is no evidence suggesting that she cannot fight. The reality might be that she is highly skilled in combat, which would put us in the worst possible condition to fight her.
Unsure of what her "Cheat Skill" truly is, we cannot take any gambles.
Instead, we must give her everything we've got.
We must destroy Raum together in a team effort.
However, I have noticed that not everyone can keep up with her movements if she turns out to be that strong. I need to count on Raymed and the other Hero Candidates arriving here to help us fight.
Note:
Dwargo will provide each person willing to fight with a Pseudo Artifact outside the Psytelier Store in South Jaka City, along with Besitulars as his bodyguard.
Special Note:
Momoka: To achieve zero casualties, Momoka needs to make sure that everyone receives proper healing. I will make sure you get the necessary mana from my enclosed Alterity.
Dwargo and Besitulars: Both of you must make sure the Hero Candidates receive their weapons to fight alongside us. Please be careful, even though there should be no enemies in your vicinity.
Trish: You must lead the attack on the first wave. Play dirty. Try your best to lure the second wave as effectively as possible. When the third wave comes, make sure to stall them for as long as you can.
Killiar: You must assist Trish in attacking the first wave. After the third wave appears, make sure to stall them for as long as possible.
Illias: You are our primary support, but make sure not to overexert yourself.
Diko: Just be yourself—helpful as always. Thank you.
Lastly, thank you, Carmilla, for reading this message. Please come as soon as you are able, but never compromise your situation. I cannot help you handle politics.

"KUAAA!!!" Raum screamed as her eyes glowed red, releasing an aura around her.
Instinctively, Cobalt, Thierus, Istar, Isval, and Oryba released their blades from Raum's body before taking a step back.
Red mana began to envelop Cobalt's sword. He closed his eyes before releasing his breath. The mana enveloping his Pseudo Artifact began forming into the shape of a Chinese dragon.
"Dragon Slayer!" Cobalt swung toward Raum.
CRANGK!!
Raum held the blade with her clawed hand.
"WEAK!" She followed up with an uppercut.
FWOOSH!
But Cobalt evaded it gracefully. He maneuvered by jumping overhead toward Raum's body.
"Sky Piercing: Dragon Slayer!"
He thrust at Raum from above with his blade in rapid-fire motions, puncturing her body at extreme speed, before finishing with a large energy blast from his blade that sent Raum flying away from him.
"ASSHOLE!!!"
"Quiet down, Demon. I do not wish to hear any more of your putrid words," Cobalt said, disgust in his eyes. He slowly reached for Thalamik's arm and asked, "Are you okay, Kaiser?" only to find that Thalamik had lost consciousness.
Then Isval suddenly grabbed Thalamik's other arm, putting it over his shoulder.
"Hey, focus on the fight. I'll protect him until the end," he said before walking slowly toward a fox-eared woman who had just arrived inside the crumbling Alterity.
"Yeah… right. I'm sorry." Cobalt then walked toward Raum.
I am a failure.
Even though I am one year older in the program,
Both Thalamik and Raymed have achieved greatness far beyond me.
I can never thank them enough for their help in defeating Focalors and Vepar.
Yet what did I do?
Cobalt remembered what he did just after fighting Focalors and Vepar. Rather than giving praise, he went ahead and did what was commanded of him—just like a soldier would, as if he had no judgment of his own.
Would a hero be called a hero if they didn't have a say in what was asked of them?
Would Raymed the Hero think a hero should simply obey and not find his own way?
No.
I won't make the same mistake as before.
It doesn't matter if my actions today expel me from the academy.
I choose to fight for my comrade-in-arms, Thalamik the Fiend Kaiser.
Sky Piercing Cobalt released his aura.
"Those who wish to pierce the sky must once exceed their limits. To exceed one's limits, one must find his own way."
An image of Raymed appeared in his mind.
"Finding one's own way is to have hope in thyself."
This answer… I got it from him.
The mana around him began to densify as it enveloped his body. Slowly, the dense mana formed into fiery armor.
"From here on out, Raum, I'll be your 'Contradiction.'"
