COURTNEY'S POV
Your Highness, she said as she looked up at me. "I have something to tell you,"
"Eleanore what's wrong?" I asked wondering what the problem was.
"Your Highness, I-I'm p-pregnant," she finally blurted out barely a whisper.
My furrowed eyebrows suddenly dropped as the realization of what she'd just said dawned on me.
"W-what?" I said in disbelief.
My body froze as I stared at Eleanore in horror. Meanwhile she stared at me like she was about to break down.
She was pregnant? I thought to myself.
"You're pregnant with the Kings' child?" I asked shocked and mortified for her. Eleanore wasn't supposed to get pregnant until after she became queen from what I read in the book. Why would Viktor rush this? Why would he sleep with her now? I thought he wanted to take care of everything before he settled down had an heir.
Eleanore choked as the tears began to stream down her face. "No, the king hasn't touched me yet," she barely managed to get out.
