[Skill Description 2: Devouring time-based actors will grant a weakened version of their skills. Skills born from devouring share the same spacetime and cannot be activated simultaneously, with a certain switching interval. The user's proficiency in controlling the devoured skills will affect the required switch interval; the more proficient, the shorter the interval. Meanwhile, the skill's effect will become closer to its original version.
